Update regarding Tušmobil acquisition

22 October 2014 - United Group B.V., the leading cable and pay TV operator in South Eastern Europe, announces further details regarding its acquisition of Slovenian mobile operator Tušmobil, agreed on 17 October 2014.

Total cash consideration payable for the asset amounts to EUR 110 million (including full repayment of Tušmobil debt), of which EUR 84 million is due on closing of the transaction with the remaining EUR 26 million payable over the course of the next three years.

Tušmobil is expected to generate an EBITDA of circa EUR 13 million in 2014, excluding any synergies realised following its acquisition by United Group.

As previously announced, United Group expects the combination of the Group’s state-of-the- art fixed telecommunication network and Tušmobil’s mobile infrastructure to create significant synergies and clear benefits for the Slovenian citizens in terms of quality of services and innovation.
