Design home visit checklist and regular visit and transferal procedure for volunteers to investigate the medication of the target group; for cases that require individual assistance, volunteers can refer them to medication consulting station. 3. Uniting the home safety group, relevant service workers visit the high-risk case, identify suicide prone residents and invite professionals for counseling.
