Students will spend the first part of class exploring yoga stretches to prepare the body to sit with more ease. The rest of the class will be devoted to a guided meditation. Different meditation techniques will be taught. This class is especially designed for those who are interested in learning more about sitting meditation and how to cultivate these techniques in their daily lives as a means to increase body awareness and overall health.
