1. Welcome, introductions and apologies

2. Local Outbreak Management Plan (LOMP) Ruth Goldstein, Consultant in Public Health will provide an overview of the LOMP and how Council and partners will work together to manage any local outbreaks of Covid 19 in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

3. Community Network Highways Scheme Chris Sims and Oliver Jones (Highways & Environment Manager) will update the Panel on the Community Network Highways Scheme. Any new Expressions of Interest will also be considered.

4. Climate Change Working Group Feedback CS to update the panel on actions and requests from the 18th Nov meeting

5. Public Questions This is an opportunity for members of the public to submit any questions prior to the meeting or suggest any future agenda items. Any questions should be sent to [email protected] 3 working days prior to the meeting.

6. Town & Parish Council Updates An opportunity for Town & Parish Councils to feedback on issues/work relevant to the Launceston Community Network area including Neighbourhood Planning.

7. Cornwall Councillor Update Cornwall Councillors to update the panel regarding issues relevant to the Launceston Community Network Area e.g. to highlight issues raised in full Council, Overview and Scrutiny, etc.
