Presencia…………………217 2 / GUÍA EUROLIGA BASKETME 09-10 LA APERTURA DE ROGER ESTELLER LA APERTURA DE… ROGER ESTELLER La Euroliga es una competición diferente; dura física y mentalmente, en la que muy rara vez te encuentras con un partido fácil o un rival pequeño. Una competición en la que por muchas liguillas y eliminatorias de play-off que cada año se innoven suele acabar con los mismos de siempre en la tan deseada Final Four. Mucho ha cambiado la manera de ver el basket desde mis experiencias en las Final Four de París y Roma en los años 91 y 96, en las cuales partiendo como favoritos (como siempre) perdimos contra Jugoplastika y Olympiakos, respectivamente. Pero lo cierto es que la filosofía y leyes que rigen esta liga poco han variado desde entonces: suelen triunfar los equipos con mejor físico por encima de su calidad, los arbitrajes en su mayor parte son caseros y se permite mucho más meter las manos que en nuestra ACB.
