There are a few books from Diana Paxson that go over the necessary basics of preparing the mind and body for possessory experiences, but this book is the first to examine the process in the context of Wiccan practice. Refreshingly readable for a topic as deep as Trance-mediumship is! Excellent and useful information. Janet and Gavin have done a marvelous job in adding another resource to the pool for pagans who belong to Wiccan traditions.
