MOTIF Temples, mosques, churches, gurudwaras are not only the places of worship but are the faith centres to obtain peace of the mind. This beautiful temple of eleventh century is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located at Ambernath town, 28 km away from district headquarter town of Thane and 60 km from Bombay by rail. The temple is in the many-cornered Chalukyan or Hemadpanti style, with cut-corner-domes and close fitting mortarless stones, carved throughout with half life-size human figures and with bands of tracery and belts of miniature elephants and musicians. -

Particulars of the distribution of population down to the smallest administrative unit like village and town and their broad characteristics are required for puposes such as delimitation of electoral constituencies, adjustment of administrative boundaries, educational and manpower planning. -

In the case of an emergency, the disadvantage of the system can be reduced if there is a pre-planning to restore the disarray that disrupts life and disrupts peace. Make the most of the tools available through the content. Disaster management was planned for the entire state so that life could be restored in the shortest possible time. As part of the disaster management of the states, each district has created its own action plan. As these action programs are multifaceted, the administration can work better and faster in future disasters. -
