Unit Support // Colicci // Multi site London

Wage: £8.00 to £8.00 per hour

Hours: 20-50 depending on business levels

Times: from 7:00 - 21:30 (summer season)

Colicci has been working in partnership with the Royal Parks for over 20 years. We operate stunning catering kiosks and cafes in Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Green Park, St James’ Park, Battersea Park, Richmond Park, Bushy Park, Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye Common.

Every job at Colicci is as important as the rest but our Unit Support operatives are our eyes, ears and right hand. As Unit Support your day to day will consist of delivering supplies to all our outlets within our Royal parks, ensuring each unit is fully stocked for the busy day ahead. If the coffee machine has stopped working, the ice cream machine has run out of mix or the drinks fridge is empty. You'll be there on hand to help deliver the ultimate customer experience and help the wheels turn.

As one of our unit support operatives, you will already be multi skilled however, we will teach you how to operate a coffee machine, how to make the perfect cappuccino and the difference between a latte and a flat white and how to operate an ice cream machine. The role also includes stock control, stock taking and stock ordering, till operation and cash handling, opening and closing of units. Working closely with the assistant manager.

All full UK or EU driving licence is required. Everything else will be delivered in our training sessions.

Qualifications & skills:

Minimum 1 years catering organisation or similar industry

Good working knowledge in the use of Excel & Word
