Experts to Follow

I am not an expert, but I have learned from those who are. More than ever before, today there are many experts in the field of nutrition and health who are willing to share their knowledge and experience. Most of the people I am going to mention here are doctors (M.D.) who were classically trained in the pharmaceutical approach to medicine, but who eventually discovered the relationship between diet, lifestyle, and health. There are many more experts making valuable contributions than I list here, but these are a few of my favorites.

ʺAll of these experts emphasize the fact that the human body has amazing self healing abilities. All we have to do is create an environment within our bodies that will allow it to heal itself! This means introducing healthy micronutrients and eliminating the toxins. How simple is that!ʺ
