From the Passenger Terminal Building, a 5-minute walk to the hotel. On the left-hand side of the 2nd Floor hotel entrance, there’s a ‘LAWSON” Convenience Store. After check-in, free time to go back to airport for some shopping time and dinner on your own. FOOD COURT & FAST FOODS on the 2nd Floor and RESTAURANTS on the 3rd Floor. THURSDAY, Nov 19th OSAKA – NARUTO - TAKAMATSU 5:30a.m.(starts) Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Check-out of the hotel. 9:00a.m. Today we will be going to TAKAMATSU via NARUTO, TOKUSHIMA. Rest stop at AWAJI SERVICE AREA to use the restroom and to buy drinks & snacks. NARUTO’s UZU no MICHI, the best views are from Uzu no Michi, an enclosed walkway that extends under the Naruto Bridge and overlooks the whirlpools. The walkway's observation room sits 45 meters above the whirlpools below which can be seen through glass windows set in the floor. Continue on to CRUISE TERMINAL, we will take a 20 minutes cruise to see the NARUTO WHIRLPOOLS. If you think, you’ll get seasick, you can wait at the terminal, there is a small gift shop rest area, and clean restrooms. Akashi Bridge Naruto Bridge and Whirlpools Awa Odori Last stop TOKUSHIMA AWA ODORI KAIKAN, dedicated to the city's famous dance festival, the AWA ODORI, held for over 400 years during the Obon holidays in mid-August.AWA ODORI KAIKAN has a theater where guests can enjoy the dance and the main attraction, to watch the actual Awa Odori Performance at 4:00p.m. 6:00p.m. Check-in at RIHGA HOTEL ZEST TAKAMATSU for 2 nights stay, located in the heart of downtown Takamatsu. There is very good and reasonable “Kaiten Sushi” similar to our Genki Sushi. Couple places with Udon, Olive Pork Tonkatsu (olive fed), St. Marc Café serving light sandwiches, desserts, and coffee drinks. After check-in, the rest of the evening at your leisure. ( B ) FRIDAY. Nov 20th TAKAMATSU ( Marugame area)______6:30a.m.(starts) Breakfast at the hotel. 9:00a.m. Today enjoy a tour of TAKAMATSU, with 2 hands on experience. First stop, RITSURIN PARK, one of the most famous gardens created by the local feudal lords during the early Edo Period, considered one of the best gardens in Japan.

Ritsurin Park RITSURIN PARK – PRODUCT SHOP, a souvenir shop selling local products from KAGAWA. Enjoy making UDON at NAKANO UDON SCHOOL and have it for lunch with assorted tempura. After lunch,We will visit UCHIWA no MINATO MUSEUM. Here, you can see a master of this traditional craft at work, and also experience making one yourself. Let’s create our very own, one-of-a-kind uchiwa! Around 90% of Japan’s Uchiwa are still made in Marugame.

SATURDAY, Nov 21st TAKAMATSU – TOKUSHIMA – KOCHI_____ 6:30a.m.(starts) Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out of the hotel. 8:00a.m. Travel to the countryside of ‘OBOKE GORGE” AND “KOBOKE GORGE”, known for their beautiful natural scenery. IYA KAZURABASHI (Vine Bridge), the largest and most popular of the remaining bridges, stretches 45 meters across the Iya River at the center of the valley, and gives visitors an unsettling view of the water 14 meters below the open slats of the span. The bridge, which is rebuilt every 3 years, is anchored to tall cedar trees at both ends and has steel cables hidden within the vines for safety. Lunch at your own expense around the Iya Vine Bridge area.

THE YOSAKOI THEATER' runs films of the 60 year history of the Yosakoi Festival on the 150 inch screen. In the “Yosakoi Taiken Corner”, we can experience the “Seicho Yosakoi Naruko Odori” dance while holding the traditional “naruko”bird clappers, or put on the festival costumes and take a souvenir picture. Last stop, KOCHI’S HIROME ICHIBA (market). At Hirome-Ichiba Market, you can enjoy katsuo-no-tataki, local chicken entrée’like yakitori, Indian curry, Chinese dishes, & much more. SUNDAY, Nov 22nd KOCHI______6:30a.m.(starts) Breakfast at the hotel 8:30a.m. Full day sightseeing tour of KOCHI CITY. SUNDAY MARKET, Japan’s oldest outdoor marketplace opened in 1690. Is the longest open market in Japan, 1.3 kilometers between Kochi Station and Kochi Castle. The market consists of a row of stalls selling local foods and crafts.

Sunday Morning Market Daiso “100Yen” 2nd floor (Aeon Mall) Sakamoto Ryoma Museum KOCHI CASTLE MUSEUM of HISTORY, the museum has been open since May 1991for the purpose of the study, collection, display, and preservation of the historical, archaeological and folk objects of Kochi. KOCHI CASTLE (brief photo stop). KOCHI AEON MALL, some free time for lunch and shopping. Food Court & DAISO “100 Yen Shop” located on 2nd floor. UNIQLO and Supermarket located on the 1st floor. Last stop, SAKAMOTO RYOMA MEMORIAL MUSEUM opened in Nov 1991 and re-opened in 2018. Sakamoto Ryoma, born in Tosa, was a patriot at the end of the Edo Period and dedicated his life to early modern Japan. The museum commemorate his achievements, collections and exhibit items relating to him. MONDAY, Nov 23rd KOCHI – MATSUYAMA______6:30a.m.(starts) Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out of the hotel. 8:30a.m. Drive to MATSUYAMA with couple rest stops along the way on the toll way. IRINO PARKING AREA for 5-4-4 break. ISHIZUCHISAN SERVICE AREA for lunch stop. Upon arrival in MATSUYAMA, Matsuyama Castle, one of Japan's twelve "original castles", which have survived the post-feudal era since 1868 intact. It is also one of the most complex and interesting castles in the country. It is located on Mount Katsuyama, a steep hill in the city center that provides visitors with a bird's eye view of Matsuyama and the Seto Inland Sea. Matsuyama Castle Cablecar to Matsuyama Castle Botchan Karakuri Clock Okaido Shopping Arcade Last stop, DOGO ONSEN, one of Japan's oldest and famous hot springs in Matsuyama. The main attraction inside is BOTCHAN KARAKURI CLOCK near the station. The clock plays music on the hour while figurines of characters from famous novel “Botchan” come to life. TUESDAY, Nov 24th MATSUYAMA – IMABARI – MATSUYAMA 7:00a.m.(starts) Breakfast at the hotel. 9:00a.m. Today we drive to IMABARI about one hour away from Matsuyama. IMABARI TOWEL MUSEUM is the wolrd's first museum dedicated to towels.You can watch the towel manufacturing process, enjoy towel art, and purchase a wide variety of towel products. Imabari City connects to SETO INLAND SEA via SHIMANAMI KAIDO. The Shimanami Kaido is a 60 kilometer long toll road that connects Japan's main island of Honshu to the island of Shikoku, passing over six small islands in the Seto Inland Sea.

Imabari Towel Shop Kurushima-Kaikyo Bridge Tatara Bridge Shimanami-Kaido provides marvelous views with its splendid bridges. Lunch on your own at SHIMANAMI KAIDO KURUSHIMA KAIKYO SERVICE AREA. Kurushima-Kaikyo Bridges (4015 m / 13173 ft), which links Oshima Island to Shikoku, are the first three consecutive suspension bridges in the world. GENERAL CONDITIONS for Tours to Okinawa & Japan

TOUR INCLUDES: Hotel accommodations, transfers, sightseeing, and round trip air transportation from Honolulu, economy seating. Adjustments will be made if there is an increase in taxes, fuel surcharges and any fluctuation in exchange rates between US Dollar and Japanese Yen.

AIR TRANSPORTATION: Air service within tours is included except for members purchasing the land portion only. Airfare inclusive rates are based on advanced purchase and may be subject to certain airline restrictions and penalties. Air tickets must be issued at least 30 days before departure and any changes after tickets are issued will require a minimum service charge of $500.00USD or more and a processing fee. Tickets are non-endorsable, non-transferable and refund and/or changes must be processed through issuing agent less applicable charges. Special group fares are used and there are some restrictions which apply regarding Travel Certificates, Mileage Upgrade Certificates, etc. Adjustments will be made if there is any increase on taxes and fuel surcharges.

MEALS: Meals included are noted on the brochure or itineraries. All other meals are the responsibility of the individual. Meal codes are: B – Breakfast, L – Lunch, D – Dinner.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS: Reservations should be made as soon as possible by filling out the application form and sending a deposit of $100.00 per person (CASH OR CHECK only). Reservations are based on a first come first serve basis. Returned check fee of $25.00 per check.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 61 days prior to departure – Deposit will be refunded. 60-45 days prior: Deposit is forfeited and a $100.00 charge per person will be assessed. 44-31 days prior: 50% cancel fee of the tour price, per person charge plus any penalties assessed by the airlines and land agent. 30 days prior or less: 100% cancellation fee of the tour cost, per person, no refunds.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: To protect against cancellation charges, optional travel insurance (cancellation, health, luggage) is recommended and is available thru N & K Travel. Call for more details.

MILEAGE: N & K Travel will input the mileage number given on your tour form to the airline, however, we will not be responsible for missing credit(s). Also, if you are not a member of mileage program, we will not be responsible for your enrollment. PASSPORTS: All clients are reminded that a valid passport is necessary in all cases. The cost of obtaining these documents will be the responsibility of the traveler. The organizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever, should a client, for any reason be refused entry into any particular country, and the subsequent costs entailed will have to be met by traveler in accordance with obligations that the organizer has in virtue of the contracts held with third parties. Passport must be valid within 6 months at time of departure. A photo copy of your passport is require for all tours.

CHANGES IN ITINERARIES: N & K Travel Service, Inc. will make every effort to operate all tours as disclosed in this document. However, circumstances may arise which would require an adjustment to the tour. We will however do all that is possible to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if they are determined to be necessary.

GRATUITIES: Gratuities for the bilingual local guide, bus driver & guide are not included. The recommended gratuity for the local Japanese-English Speaking Guide is 500 Yen per person per day and for the bus driver that will be with the group, 2 days or more, 250 Yen per person per day.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Due to limited storage space on the motorcoach, we request that you carry only one piece of luggage and one hand carry-on bag per person during the tour. For Takkyubin (door to door delivery service during the tour), one piece of luggage will not be charged. Any additional pieces will be assessed additional fee(s). You will be allowed to check-in two pieces of luggage on your return flight home.

RESPONSIBILITY: This travel agency and/or its agents, sub-agents, sub-offices and affiliates act only as agents for the owners and contractors providing means of transportation or other services and all tickets and/or vouchers are issued subject to any terms and conditions under which such means of transportation or other services where offered or provided.
