With the festive season upon us, it is shocking how quickly another year has passed us by!! Now is a good time to look back and reflect on the achievements we have all made in the work with children, young people and their families. We are delighted to have seen our working relationships with schools, colleges, partner agencies, local authorities and young people grow; opening doors for new opportunities to work together to keep children and young people safe and informed. We have also seen the launch of our Police Apprentice Initiative this year which was the driver for our Sexting Prevention Campaign Competition, ran with secondary schools to create a concept for a sexting awareness campaign in 2017. Ongoing projects currently in development for 2017 include digital engagement and digital consultation with young people through Hampshire Alert, launch of our youth charter, and additional features to our safe4me resource to name but a few… we will keep you posted!!
