M.H. Thamrin Jakarta Pusat merupakan perkantoran dan pusat perbelanjaan pertama di Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi perdagangan ritel dan menjadi roda penggerak ekonomi Indonesia. Berfokuskan terhadap barang produksi dalam negeri khususnya hasil pertanian dan penindustrian rakyat. Sarinah dilandasi keberpihakan Sukarno terhadap rakyat Indonesia mengkhususkan tidak lebih dari 40% dari barang import (Sidang Paripurna Kabinet Dwikora, 15 Januari 1966). Sepinya pengunjung untuk berbelanja produk local Indonesia telah menjadi komplain dari para pemilik ritel. Juga bangunan yang telah berusia lebih dari lima decade sejak dibangunnya pada tahun 1962 sudah cukup termakan usia. Melihat dari wawancara langsung Menteri BUMN, Erick Thohir dalam memajukan perekonomian khususnya pada hasil tangan rakyat Indonesia, diperlukannya redesain pada bangunan Plaza Sarinah. Diharapkan dapat mengembalikan cita – cita awal didirikannya sebagai pusat perbelanjaan kerajinan rakyat dengan memberikan fasilitas yang dapat memajukan perdagangan barang local Indonesia dengan bangunan yang dapat memadai kegiatan pusat perbelanjaan. KAJIAN PERANCANGAN PENERAPAN PADA DESAIN Lokasi yang terpilih untuk perencanaan mixed-use building pusat Identitas Plaza Sarinah yaitu sebagai pusat perbelanjaan dan kantor di Kota Jakarta perbelanjaan produk lokal, menghadirkan suasana terdapat pada lokasi eksisting Plaza Sarinah, khas Indonesia dengan material dan elemen kayu. yaitu di Jl. MH Thamrin No. 11 RW 4, Gondangdia, Kec Menteng Kota Jakarta Pusat. Luas tapak adalah 10,040 m2 dengan Fasad pusat perbelanjaan yang atraktif dan KDB 60%, KDH 40%, KLB 2,4 dengan KB berbeda dari lingkungan sekitar sehingga menjadi 4, dan KTB 55%. -

This study is aimed at: (1) explaining Soekarno's views about women in Sarinah’s memoir by Ir. Soekarno and (2) describing the portrait of Sarinah, a woman who lived during the independence period. Both of these aspects were explained in the frame of sociocultural factors that cause sexism in Sarinah’s memoir. The material object of this research is a memoir entitled Sarinah, by Ir. Soekarno, the first president of Indonesian Republic. The formal object of this research is the use of Indonesian in the perspective of critical feminist discourse analysis from the Sara Mills Model. The data were collected by applying note-taking techniques and literature studies to capture the data of social identity, knowledge, and author’s beliefs and literature to obtain the data of the social, institutional, and situation of the birth of the memoir. The data were analysed by reducing, displaying, and verifying it followed by interpreting the theory and summarizing the result using Sara Mills’s feminist stylistic theory and Teun van Dijk's social cognition theory. BAB II KAJIAN KEPUSTAKAAN 2.1 Landasan Teoritis 2.1.1 Loyalitas Pelanggan Secara harfiah loyal berarti setia, atau loyalitas dapat diartikan sebagai suatu kesetiaan. Kesetiaan ini diambil tanpa adanya paksaan, tetapi timbul dari kesadaran sendiri pada masa lalu. Wantara (2015:21) menyatakan bahwa Loyalitas adalah komitmen mendalam untuk membeli atau menggunakan kembali produk atau jasa secara konsisten di masa yang akan datang, sehingga mendorong adanya pembelian merek yang sama walaupun terdapat pengaruh-pengaruh situasional dan usaha pemasaran yang berpotensi menyebabkan perilaku berpindah ke produsen lain. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas tidak hanya ditentukan oleh keputusan pelanggan semata namun juga usaha-usaha dari pelaku bisnis yang dapat membuat pelanggan menjadi loyal. Hal senada juga diungkapkan oleh Iqbal (2015:41) bahwa loyalitas pelanggan adalah keterikatan yang erat antara pelanggan dengan pelaku bisnis sehingga mereka melakukan pembelian berulang yang didasarkan pada komunikasi yang positif. Menurut Oliver dalam Sangadji dan Sopiah (2013:12) menyatakan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan adalah komitmen pelanggan bertahan secara mendalam untuk berlangganan kembali atau melakukan pembelian ulang produk atau jasa terpilih secara konsisten dimasa yang akan datang, meskipun pengaruh situasi dan usahausaha pemasaran mempunyai potensi untuk menyebabkan perubahan perilaku. 7 8 Sedangkan menurut Morais dalam Sangadji dan Sopiah (2013:13) mengatakan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan adalah komitmen pelanggan terhadap suatu merek toko, atau pemasok, berdasarkan sikap yang sangat positif dan tercermin dalam pembelian ulang yang konsisten. Selanjutnya Parasuraman dalam Sangadji dan Sopiah (2013:15) mendefinisikan loyalitas pelanggan dalam konteks pemasaran jasa sebagai respons yang terkait erat dengan ikrar atau janji untuk memegang teguh komitmen yang mendasari kontinuitas relasi, dan biasanya tercermin dalam pembelian berkelanjutan dari penyedia jasa yang sama atas dasar dedikasi dan kendala pragmatis. -

Quality care is well known as a major contributor to patient loyalty. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of quality care on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as the mediating variable, while age and gender as the moderators. This research model was tested empirically in outpatients at a private hospital. The results demonstrate that quality care has a significant positive effect on patient loyalty. Several managerial implications were found for hospital management to increase patient loyalty, especially considering the gender of the patient in providing services. Jakarta’s Tourism Evolution: Shopping Center as Urban Tourism Regina Suryadjaja Universitas Tarumanagara, Urban Planning and Real Estate Development Department, Jakarta, Indonesia e-mail: [email protected] Abstract Post industrial in Indonesia (after 1990’s) had created innovations in many things especially in technology that brings problems and benefits at the same time. Technology makes distance become zero for the people that makes people more connected to each other, but on the other hand technology also creates people without life. Many people really connected to technology for their works that makes many people also having their time, everyday, mostly in the office. Besides that, the condition of urban transportation in Jakarta, makes many people run out of time on the street, in the car, in the middle of Jakarta’s traffic, that happened almost for every people from every age. This condition makes stress level in Jakarta increased every year. Still, in the middle of business traffic, people need to refresh their life, so that they can preserve and increase their quality of life as well. Since there are not many nice open air public places that are served by Municipality of Jakarta, and on the other side many new shopping centers grow in Jakarta with fresh idea, unique concept, and much more facilities for every types of inhabitants (family, single, pairs, teenagers, children, senior citizen), so that most Jakarta’s inhabitant choose shopping center as their new vacation destination on weekend. Shopping center with every idea, every concept, every facility, every amenity that attach to it, has given many opportunities that creates shopping center not only for urban social facility, but also as a recreational destination. -
