What the Pankow Register is about The Pankow Register was developed in April 2005 as part of the implementation of the local Action plan Pankow (lAP). Classification of incidents In the following, the work procedures of the Pankow Register are explained. The text is based on standard procedures developed by the network of Berlin Register projects. EINFÜHRUNG Die Niederbarnimer Eisenbahn-AG (NEB) betreibt nördlich von Berlin die Infra - struktur für die Regionalbahnlinie RB27 Berlin-Karow/Berlin Gesundbrunnen – Basdorf – Groß Schönebeck/Schmachtenhagen. In der Öffentlich keit ist die allgemeine Bezeichnung für diese Strecke Heidekrautbahn. Historischer Ausgangspunkt der Heidekrautbahn in Berlin war der Bahnhof Wilhelmsruh, an der Grenze zwischen den Bezirken Reinickendorf und Pankow. Die Strecke – in Betrieb genommen 1901 – führt in nördlicher bzw. nordöst- licher Richtung über Berlin-Blankenfelde, Schildow, Mühlenbeck und Schön- walde nach Basdorf, wo sie sich verzweigt. Mit dem Bau der Berliner Mauer wurde der Bahnhof Wilhelmsruh geschlossen und die Strecke in diesem Bereich abgebaut. In Schönwalde stellt bis heute eine 1950 gebaute Verbindungsstrecke den Anschluss an die S-Bahn in Berlin- Karow her. Seit vielen Jahren ist es politisches Ziel, die ursprüngliche Verbindung Richtung Berlin-Wilhelmsruh für den Personenverkehr wieder aufzunehmen.     PRESS RELEASE UBM subsidiary Münchner Grund acquires plots in Berlin Pankow (Berlin/Munich, 15 December 2016) Münchner Grund Immobilien Bauträger GmbH – a subsidiary of UBM Development AG – acquires together with a family office two properties in the Pankow district in Berlin. The construction phase for the approximately 520 residential units is planned for the third quarter of 2017. Münchner Grund, a subsidiary of UBM Development AG, is strengthening its development pipeline in Berlin and is realizing another residential project. In the district of Pankow in Berlin two neighboring properties located in Thulestraße were acquired with a gross land area of 18,872 sqm. A total of 520 apartments will be developed at this location. The start of construction is scheduled for the third quarter of 2017; completion is expected approximately in the second quarter of 2020. In total of six buildings, 366 apartments as well as 229 underground parking spaces will be constructed on the larger plot at the corner of Thulestraße 50 - 64/Talstraße 3. Approximately 244 residential units are being planned as traditional freehold apartments as part ownership and some 122 residential units in privately financed rental housing construction. An apartment house with about 155 units will be constructed on the smaller property on the corner of Thulestraße 48/Neumannstraße. The apartments are between 2-4 rooms and will be developed in a bright and open way. The spacious balconies offer views of the green surroundings. Central, quiet and ideally connected The location of the residential building project is quiet and central, in the surroundings there are schools and infrastructure meeting daily needs.

Ich habe mich gefragt, was ein Bürgertreff ist und nach einem Synonym dafür gesucht und bin auf den Begriff „Nachbarschaft“ ge- stoßen. Die Kinder sammelten zum Thema Nachbarschaft Wörter wie Toleranz, Hilfe, Unterstützung, Rücksichtnahme, Kommuni- kation, Alt und Jung zusammen, Sicherheit. Dabei war es wichtig, mit den Kindern die Unterschiede heraus zu arbeiten zwischen der Nachbarschaft, dort wo sie leben, und die der Schule. Damit die Kinder eine Vor- Eröffnung der Dahlem Route am 29.06.2018: stellung davon entwickeln konnten, was ein Henner Bunde, Staatssekretär der Senatsver- Bürgertreff ist, haben wir diesen im Bahn- waltung für Wirtschaft, Energie und Betriebe, Bezirksbürgermeisterin Cerstin Richter-Ko- hof Lichterfelde West besucht und dort Fo- towski und Marit Schützendübel, Direktorin tos gemacht.

    Planungsstudie Netzelement N 1 der Verkehrslösung Heinersdorf & Kita Hödurstraße im Ortskern Heinersdorf Auszüge unserer Recherche Verkehrslösung Heinersdorf Hintergrund und Stand der Dinge Kita-Grundstück Ende 2015 haben wir in der Hödurstraße 8, 10 ein 3.000 qm großes Grundstück erworben. Darauf soll ein Kita-Neubau mit 150 Betreuungs- N4 plätzen entstehen, der in der Bezirksregion (Kategorie 1 im Kita-Bedarfsatlas der Senatsverwaltung) dringend benötigt und von Seiten des Bezirksjugendamtes befürwortet wird. Gewerbegebiet Vorbereitende Untersuchung, Verkehrslösung und Rahmenplanung Heinersdorf Mit dem Bau der Kita kann noch nicht begonnen werden, solange erforderliche planungsrechtliche Klärungen wie nachstehend noch offen N1 Heinersdorf sind. Das Grundstück liegt im Geltungsbereich eines Bebauungsplans im Aufstellungsbeschluss (B-Plan XVIII-32 (WA, MI GRÜN, SPIEL, SCHU- LE, JUGEND, VERKEHR). Weiterhin liegt es im Untersuchungsgebiet der ´Vorbereitenden Untersuchung´ zum Wohngebiet `Blankenburger Quelle: www.Zukunftswerkstatt Heinersdorf.de N2 Pflasterweg´ sowie im Kerngebiet der aktuell in Arbeit befindlichen ´Rahmenplanung Heinersdorf´. Neben konkreten Planungsinhalten für den Bebauungsplan ist hierbei zunächst die übergeordnete Verkehrsführung (Straßennetz und ÖPNV) ausschlaggebend- unser Grundstück Heinersdorf ist hiervon unmittelbar betroffen (siehe dazu „Verkehrslösung Heinersorf“). Bevor es mit konkreten Maßnahmen im Ortskern losgehen kann, sind die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung abzuwarten. Ungeachtet dessen ist eine Bebauung des Grundstücks nach § 34 BauGB derzeit in Prü- N3 fung.   • Bauprojekt Berlin Südkreuz – Blankenfelde (Dresdner Bahn)
    Berlin Südkreuz – Blankenfelde (Dresdner Bahn) Die Dresdner Bahn wird für den modernen Nah-, Regional- und Fernverkehr fit gemacht. Es werden zwei neue elektrifizierte Gleise gebaut und alle neun Bahnübergänge entlang der Strecke von Eisenbahnbrücken oder Straßenüberführungen ersetzt. Nach dem Ausbau können S-Bahnen sowie Fern- und Regionalzüge die Strecke nutzen. Das führt zu einer Entlastung des Eisenbahnknotens Berlin und ermöglicht kürzere Fahrzeiten in Richtung Dresden und zum Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg (BER). Alle Baugenehmigungen für die Streckenabschnitte im Stadtgebiet von Berlin liegen bereits vor. In den Abschnitten 1, 2 und 4 haben im Oktober 2017 die bauvorbereitenden Arbeiten begonnen. Am 5. Februar 2019 fand der offizielle Beginn der Hauptbauarbeiten statt. Der Planfeststellungsbeschluss für den Abschnitt 3 „Blankenfelde-Mahlow“ wurde am 30. August 2019 erteilt. Sie beginnt südlich des Bahnhofs Berlin Südkreuz, wo die Strecke von der Anhalter Bahn abzweigt. Die Dresdner Bahn führt über die Berliner Ortsteile Marienfelde und Lichtenrade zur Grenze zwischen den Ländern Berlin und Brandenburg, von dort weiter über Mahlow und Blankenfelde in Richtung Dresden. Sie gehört damit zum europäischen Bahnkorridor 7, der die strategisch wichtigen Häfen der Nord- und Ostsee mit dem Schwarzen Meer und dem Mittelmeer verbindet. Derzeit fahren zwischen Südkreuz und Blankenfelde S-Bahnen der Linie S2 und im nördlichen Abschnitt Güterzüge im Dieselverkehr. Eine gemeinsame Nutzung der Strecke für S-Bahnen und moderne elektrische Züge des Regional- und Fernverkehrs ist nicht möglich, da unterschiedliche Stromnetze verwendet werden: Die S-Bahn fährt mit Gleichstrom, der Regional- und Fernverkehr mit Wechselstrom.
