1. ICP organizes all arrangements, including cooking/cleaning: ICP will provide all setup, preparation, , ​ and cleanup. 2. Sponsor cooks at ICP: ICP will provide dates, juice, water, paper products, cleaning services, and full use ​ of equipment. Sponsor is responsible for setting up food areas with help from ICP. (ICP does NOT ​ provide food) 4. Sponsor provides all: ICP does NOT provide: food, , paper products, and utensils. ICP will ONLY ​ ​ ​ ​ provide cleanup following dinner.

NOTICE: All payments are due at LEAST 5 DAYS BEFORE scheduled event. If no payment is made, your date will ​ ​ ​ be given to the first available sponsor. No exceptions.
