1. ICP organizes all arrangements, including cooking/cleaning: ICP will provide all setup, preparation, food, and cleanup. 2. Sponsor provides catered dinner: ICP will provide dates, juice, water, paper products, and cleaning services. Sponsor is responsible for setting up food areas with help from ICP. 3. Sponsor cooks at ICP: ICP will provide dates, juice, water, paper products, cleaning services, and full use of kitchen equipment. Sponsor is responsible for setting up food areas with help from ICP. (ICP does NOT provide food) 4. Sponsor provides all: ICP does NOT provide: food, drink, paper products, and utensils. ICP will ONLY provide cleanup following dinner.
NOTICE: All payments are due at LEAST 5 DAYS BEFORE scheduled event. If no payment is made, your date will be given to the first available sponsor. No exceptions.
