Equipment Days & Times Boot Camp Class Level Focus (None Required) Offered Class Descriptions Fun, None Tuesdays & Infinite CU Fit Kids is an innovative concept that combines fitness training with a nutrition curriculum and is specifically designed for kids between the ages of 5 to 11 yrs. Kids Ages 5-11 Fitness, Thursdays @ 4 PM This program is a quality outlet that promotes self-esteem, healthy living and fitness in a fun and positive environment. Education Flexibility, Yoga Matt Saturdays @ 11:20 A fantastic combination of Yoga, , Balance, Core strength, & Mobility movements that helps to improve your athletic ability and overall health. Oh yeah and you Beginner- Balance, AM will burn a ton of calories too! If your training hard, your body & mind needs to hit the RESET button at least once a week! Perfect workout to add as a recovery workout Advanced Recovery to any training schedule. Core, Yoga Matt Saturdays @ 9 AM Challenging 40 min class that is designed to target your core and lower body. All fitness levels can participate and most will require just your body weight. Shred Beginner- Glutes, Ab your abs and tone your butt, hips, & thighs. Advanced Shredder Cardio, None Fridays @ 9 AM, Fun & fast paced workouts designed for all levels of fitness. Each class is comprised of exercises designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance and strengthen your Beginner- Core, Sundays at 4:30 PM core. Advanced Interval Cardio, None Coming Summer High-intensity (HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training, an strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense Beginner- Core, 2014 recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved metabolism, Advanced Interval and improved fat burning. Resistance, Resistance Bands Tuesdays & Sundays This is a Resistance Training class designed to increase your strength, sculpt, and tone your entire body! Using Resistance Bands, we will target single or multiple muscle Beginner- Cardio, @ 5:30 PM, Fridays groups: Chest, Back, Arms, Shoulders, & Legs. Each class will also feature a short calorie burning cardio session to help warm your body up for training. We provide Advanced Power @ 5:30 AM Resistance bands but encourage clients to purchase and bring their own. Cardio, Strength Bands Mondays @ 5:30 AM; Sports inspired workout that will challenge your endurance, agility, and ! Some workouts will consist of moves from popular sports such as football, basketball, Beginner- Agility, Thusdays @ 5:30 PM soccer, & track & field! Other workouts will feature off season training drills from various sports! All fitness levels are welcome to this fun and challenging class! Not Advanced Endurance required, but strength bands will help enhance this workout and advanced clients are encourged to bring their own. Resistance, None Wednesdays @ 9 Welcome to the jungle. 12 different stations and 24 intense rounds of action. Many stations will challenge multiple or specific muscle groups. While other stations will Beginner- Agility, AM; Saturdays @ challenge your cardio endurance and agility. This class is a favorite among our clients and is usually where "total calories burned" records will be broken. Advanced Endurance 10:15 AM Power, None Mondays @ 9 AM; Bring it! P90X® is a total-body program that incorporates , cardio, core work and flexibility. P90X® become world famous because of it's insanely popular Intermediate- Core, Cardio Fridays @ 5:30 PM home fitness DVD series. It used the science of "muscle confusion" to challenge your body with new moves and routines that helps people get past their fitness plateau's Advanced and achieve amazing results. Our P90X® Group Class takes the same concept but enhances for a group setting! Interval, None Wednesdays @ 5:30 Dig Deep. Get insanely shredded with our new Insanity® Extreme Fitness Class! Unlock your inner warrior, melt fat, and reduce stress at the same time! Intermediate- Agility, Boxing Gloves, Each class features basic martial art moves such as punches, kicks, knees, elbows, & defensive tactics. We will also perfect our precision by performing strikes on punching Advanced Speed Focus Mitts bags and focus mitts. Not required, but you are encouraged to bring your own MMA Gloves and focus mitts.
