CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AAA TRAINING: Aerobic, Anaerobic, Abdominal Training. Cardio intervals mixed with Tabata training and recovery periods of strength and core work.

ABC TRAINING: Agility, Balance, Core fitness focusing on the ABC’s of maximum fat loss. ABC combined with cardio, , HIIT, plyometric, Pilates, circuits and flexibility will help you get fit as fast as possible. Build strength and lean muscle, gain endurance, improve cardiovascular health and get your energy back! This workout is anything BUT elementary!

BASIC MAT PILATES: focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury.

BODY DYNAMICS: Combining body weight with plyometric and progressive resistance. Learn how to move properly while challenging yourself in instructed workouts.

CARDIO FIT: A low-impact cardio workout comprised of a variety of easy to follow movements to promote a heart-health, total body conditioning and improvements to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Hand-held weights are used for a strength training segment following cardio.

CARDIO FUSION: Get out of your comfort zone and into a healthier you! This combination of Tabata ( cycles performed for a total of 4 minutes) and core training will fly by leaving you feeling energized and wanting more!

CARDIO INFERNO: Cardio intervals and core conditioning combined for a workout guaranteed to burn fat and sculpt lean muscles. No coordination needed or dance moves to master whil you train for endurance, strenght and agility!

CORE FUSION: Body focusing on core strengthening. This 30 minute class will fire up your power house and leave you feeling grounded from the inside out!

GENTLE YOGA: Gentle Yoga emphasizes safety through proper alignment in basic postures, breath awareness, and relaxation. Gentle Yoga attracts newcomers, those working through chronic issues, athletes seeking to balance and heal their over stressed bodies, and students that use Yoga to counterbalance life's stress (be it physical, mental/emotional, or vocational).

HATHA YOGA: Namaste. Welcome to a 60-minute yoga practice focused on developing strength, endurance, flexibility and correct body alignment. Standing poses are emphasized to build strong legs, increase general vitality, and improve circulation, coordination and balance. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.

HIIT: (High Intensity Interval Training) An enhanced form of interval training alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods to provide improved athletic capacity and conditioning.

Hooping: classes combine fitness, fun, and dance using handmade hoops (just for your body size). Hoop Basics is our introductory hoopdance class, perfect for those who have never picked up a hoop before OR those who just want to get back to basics! We’ll cover , cardio warm-ups, waist hooping, hand hooping, simple movement combos, and other free flow movement with a hoop. No hooping experience necessary. Open to all levels.

KICKBOXING: An aerobic workout combining elements of boxing and martial arts. Increase your stamina, flexibility and strength with this great total body workout!

MetaCon: a workout involving weight lifting complexes and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) designed to burn fat and improve athletic capacity.

MUSCLE CONDITIONING: Resistance workout with toning exercises for the upper and lower body utilizing various fitness tools to increase lean body mass.

R.I.P.P.E.D: Total body, high intensity style programming utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight masterfully combines the components of Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometric, Endurance and Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

STEP BOOT CAMP: Cardio intervals, patterns, and strength training using an elevated platform. This is an optimal workout for fat loss and fitness gains.

TAI CHI: A form of “moving meditation” practiced with slow, relaxed, and flowing movements. The art is ideal for those seeking gentle rehabilitative exercises for reducing stress, and/or to study “inner power” through calmness. It is a low impact exercise that emphasizes balance, grace, and fluidity of motion.

VINYASA YOGA: A steady flow of connected yoga postures linked with breath work in a continuous movement. Make no mistake! This class will challenge your strength and endurance! Each class ends with relaxation.

YOUTH : (ages 6-12) Get your child working our while having fun with the use of jump ropes, stability balls and their own body weight! Through instruction children will be mirror boxing or using mitts with the instructor while learning the basics of footwork. Reap the benefits physically and mentally by increasing concentration, coordination and flexibility.

ZUMBA: Latin-inspired dance sure to get your heart pumping! This is a non-verbal form of group exercise. Instructors demonstrate repetitive combinations along with inspiring music choices. GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE
