If you loved this year's Classic, I promise you next year will be bigger and better. These concerts are just the beginning. Tim and Keith are phenomenal performers and we are thrilled to have them with us for the Classic. All four of these artists, Tim, Keith, Miranda and Luke are sure to add to the excitement for next year,” said Jim Justice, chairman and owner of The Greenbrier.

With Stuart Appleby’s historic 59, Justice’s $1 million hole-in-one challenge, the inaugural Greenbrier Classic was a confirmed success. This PGA TOUR, FedExCup event has quickly become a favorite for players, families and fans with signature Greenbrier touches from start to finish. The 2011 Greenbrier Classic will be played July 25-31 on the resort's Old White Course. The course, originally designed by Charles Blair Macdonald in 1914, with its “historic retro feel” was a popular venue with the players in the 2010 Greenbrier Classic. All 18 greens, as well as the practice putting and pitching greens, have been reconstructed with only minor tweaks to most. The most noticeable change for those who know the course well is the re-location of the fourth green about thirty yards behind and slightly to the left of the previous location bringing the new yardage to 427 yards. To accommodate this change, the fifth tee also shifted to the left and back some 44 yards with its new yardage still a modest 388 yards.

The Grounds badges for the 2011 Greenbrier Classic, available for $159, will once again include all three practice rounds and four days of competition on the resort’s Old White Course as well as access to The Greenbrier Classic Concert Series.
