From the southern edge of Aberystwyth, turn off the A487 onto the A4120 signed to Devils Bridge. Follow this road into Devils Bridge. Pass the Hafod Hotel on the right and immediately after the hotel, fork off to the right onto the B4574 signed to Cwmystwyth. Follow this road for approx. 4 miles until you drop down into Cwmystwyth. Pass through the village and continue on for approx. ½ mile. You will see a sign on the left of the road for a cattle grid and the property sits opposite this on the right of the road (it is painted white). There is off road parking just before the house with a double garage facing the road. If you reach the cattle grid, you have just missed the property.
