Whilst it is not so large in capacity, it has a real family feel. It is a building that is light and airy and has an adaptable hall that is attached to the building and available for hire. The stained-glass windows in the church let in an attractive light and makes for a warm atmosphere. The interior of the church is elegantly understated, and the surroundings peaceful and welcoming. With the options of a bell to mark your special occasion this traditional Welsh Anglican church is a real hidden gem! Whilst mainly lined with pews the building does also have an area at the rear of the building where your guests can gather and spend time sharing the special day with you and other people. The colour of the sandstone brick adds a warm look to the building and the windows cast a stunning light across inside. There is also a well-equipped kitchen in the building making it an option to serve refreshments after your wedding service. The Castle and beach being close to the church means there is also a beautiful location for your photographs. The church also has a car park which is available to hire at an additional cost. If one, or both, have been di- vorced then they need to meet with the Vicar before arranging the date to check that this will not be an obsta- cle. 2. Both partners are British Citizens. You must be resident within the Parish (Aberystwyth, includ- ing Penparcau and Llanfarian, but not Waunfawr or Llan- badarn). 2. Or have a qualifying connection including one of the following: 2.1. Having a link with Aberystwyth such as having lived in Aberystwyth previously, or been a student here. 2.2. Having a historical link with the parish, such as being baptised here, parents or grandparents marrying here. 2.3. Habitual worship (3 out of four Sundays) for at least 6 months in the Parish. You will also need to be willing to attend marriage preparation classes.
