In the summer of 2011 over four years ago, Bryan Klein and I met for coffee and chatted about nothing more than a vision. I’m proud and humbled to say this vision has spawned a way of life for tens of thousands of people around the country. So the story goes like this – My oldest son, Joseph, had been taking karate @ UTA since 2009. During this time our economy was struggling, however UTA was grow- ing. On numerous occasions I watched Bryan engage his students in a fun manner while always encouraging them to raise their bar to the next level. One day I walked up to him and said “Hey I like how you run your business, would you mind if I bought you a coffee and pick your brain?” I know I took him off guard because of the way he tilted his head and cau- tiously said “sure”. After we got strange looks from both of our wives respectively we met at Starbucks on Rt 9. tory lanze#q=download tory lanez chixtape 4 songs full album Here’s How Tory Lanez Cleared Every Sample on ‘Chixtape 5’ Tory Lanez’ fourth studio album, Chixtape 5 , boasts 17 earworms built on the back of classic samples. As the fifth installment in the Chixtape series, Tory continues his trend of flipping old-school and iconic R&B samples. For those keeping score at home, this means bringing Chixtape 5 to DSPs is logistically incredible and likely came with a hefty price tag. Listening to Chixtape 5 , hearing the samples (T-Pain’s “I’m Sprung,” Pretty Ricky’s “Your Body,” and many more), and being sucked into a vortex of nostalgia, we at DJBooth had to ask: How, on God’s green earth, did Tory Lanez’ team clear all the samples on this record? And once they cleared the samples, what did the bill look like? In the spirit of journalism, we decided to find out. Speaking with Tory Lanez’s team—Managers Philip Payne, Troy Dubrowsky, Sascha Stone Guttfreund, and Lauren Corcoran, and Kwame Kandekore from legal—we got the exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how Chixtape 5 came to life in all its sampling glory. Our conversation with the team, lightly edited for content and clarity, follows below. DJBooth : Thank you all for taking the time to break this down for me. Sascha Stone Guttfreund : Thank you . We prepared some bullet points: We cleared 17 samples, there was a total of 19 different lawyers we had to clear things through. Ironically, the artists that performed did not get paid feature fees.

TCS: This is for Those Who Despise Exercise Male Speaker: Welcome to The Chalene show. Chalene is a New York Times bestselling author, celebrity fitness trainer and obsessed with helping you live your dream life. Chalene Johnson: This is what we’re going to be talking about. I’m going to help those of you who hate exercise, or know someone, who hates exercise. So if you’re like, “I love exercise”, y’all don’t need to stay, unless you want some ways to help someone in your life who doesn’t love exercise. If you hate exercise, this is for you. Today I’m speaking directly to those of you who don’t love it, but kind of wish you did love exercise. My name is Chalene Johnson, I’m a New York Times bestselling author. I’m the creator of countless exercise DVDs, which is kind of weird that I’m in the Guinness Book of World Records for having done the most exercise videos, but let me just say this. What’s weird about that is that I didn’t always love exercise, and I wouldn’t say like that’s my mission in life is to get everybody to be super fit. My mission in life is to help people just feel better, and be better, and be happier. So exercise, in my opinion, is like the ultimate drug for feeling that. And I think most of you know that we should be exercising, duh, we know, It’s like telling a smoker “do you know you shouldn’t be smoking? Do you know it’s bad for you?” Of course they know it’s bad for them.

Paranoid self-talk as dichotomous monologue to move the crowd. Part of this has to do with the deep cuts and scratches in my mind. Recorded and remixed across DNA double helixes. Structurally split. Generationally divided. A style and family history built on breaking down. Evidence of how ill I am. And then there’s the matter of skin. The material concerns of cultural cross-fertilization. Itching to plant seeds where the grass is always greener. Color collaborations and appropriations. Writing white/out with black art ink. Distinctions dangerously hidden behind backbeats or shamelessly displayed front and center for familiar-feeling consumption.

Twelve Lessons About True-Love By Reid Collier Copyright © 2013 by Larry Reid Collier. All rights reserved including the right of reproduction in whole or in part, and in any form. This book is intended for the person who wants to obtain a better understanding of the principles of true-love. The book includes discussions regarding all forms of love including conditional love (pseudo-love) and unconditional love (true-love). The book is based upon the premise that the meaning, value and purpose of life are founded upon the virtues of true-love. Topics include the ideology of love and its ethereal nature, the philosophy of love, love’s 3’C, love’s top ten attributes, and The Law of Love. Love is like a rainbow, shining all the colors of life upon the Children of Humanity. If you have true-love, then what do you lack? But if you lack true-love, then what do you have? The book is written from the perspective of a spiritualist (versus a religionist) and is based upon three spiritual tenets of belief. God is. God is love. God is perfect love. If the reader finds value from this book, then the reader would probably enjoy other books written by the author. Let us pursue together the Art of Loving and Living. ISBN: 978-1466392588 Love is never an accidental occurrence! Love is the result of a living process associated with an inner personal choice. Love requires birth, nurturing and instructions. What comes first is a mysterious variable. For some people love is born as a result of the loving examples of parental nurturing.
