UREDBA O UTVRĐIVANJU JEDINSTVENE LISTE RAZVIJENOSTI REGIONA I JEDINICA LOKALNE SAMOUPRAVE ZA 2014. GODINU ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 104/2014) Član 1 Ovom uredbom utvrđuje se jedinstvena lista razvijenosti regiona, koji su prema stepenu razvijenosti razvrstani u razvijene i nedovoljno razvijene regione i jedinica lokalne samouprave, koje su razvrstane u prvu, drugu, treću i četvrtu grupu i devastirana područja na osnovu podataka organa nadležnog za poslove statistike i finansija. Član 2 Razvrstavanje regiona vrši se na osnovu vrednosti bruto-domaćeg proizvoda po glavi stanovnika u regionu u odnosu na republički prosek, za referentni period. Razvijeni regioni su regioni koji ostvaruju vrednost bruto-domaćeg proizvoda iznad vrednosti republičkog proseka, i to: 1) Beogradski region; 2) Region Vojvodine. Nedovoljno razvijeni regioni su regioni u kojima je vrednost bruto-domaćeg proizvoda ispod vrednosti republičkog proseka, i to: 1) Region Šumadije i Zapadne Srbije; 2) Region Južne i Istočne Srbije. Pored regiona iz stava 3. ovog člana, status nedovoljno razvijenog regiona ima Region Kosova i Metohije. Tourism Introduction Zadar County encompasses marine area from Island Pag to National Park Kornati and land area of Velebit, i.e. the central part of the Croatian coastline. This is the area of true natural beauty, inhabited from the Antique period, rich with cultural heritage, maritime tradition and hospitality. Zadar County is the heart of the Adriatic and the fulfilment of many sailors' dreams with its numerous islands as well as interesting and clean underwater. It can easily be accessed from the sea, by inland transport and airways. Inseparable unity of the past and the present can be seen everywhere. Natural beauties, cultural and historical monuments have been in harmony for centuries, because men lived in harmony with nature. As a World rarity, here, in a relatively small area, within a hundred or so kilometres, one can find beautiful turquoise sea, mountains covered with snow, fertile land, rough karst, ancient cities and secluded Island bays. This is the land of the sun, warm sea, olives, wine, fish, song, picturesque villages with stone- made houses, to summarise - the true Mediterranean. History of Tourism in Zadar Tourism in Zadar has a long tradition. The historical yearbooks record that in June 1879 a group of excursionists from Vienna visited Zadar, in 1892 the City Beautification Society was founded (active until 1918), and in 1899 the Mountaineering and Tourism Society "Liburnia" was founded. At the beginning of the XX century, in March 1902 hotel Bristol was opened to the public (today's hotel Zagreb). Most important period for the development of tourism in Zadar County lasted from the 60's - 80's of the 20th century, when the majority of the hotel complexes were erected. -

February 13, 1992 Volume 4, Issue 4 His Excellency Franjo Tudjman President of the Republic of Croatia Radi ev Trg 2 41000 Zagreb Croatia Dear President Tudjman: The U.S. Helsinki Watch Committee is deeply concerned by reports of serious human rights abuses by forces responsible to the Croatian government and by individual extremists in Croatia. Our own investigations of these reports, conducted during a series of fact-finding missions to Croatia in the past year, indicate that many of these reports are well-founded. We call upon you to investigate the abuses enumerated in this letter and to punish those responsible for them. We call upon you to take immediate measures to ensure that such violations of human rights do not occur again. The abuses described in this letter include violations of the laws of war in the current conflict between Croatian and Serbian forces and the Yugoslav army, including the summary execution of civilians and disarmed combatants; the torture and mistreatment of detainees; arbitrary arrests and disappearances; destruction of civilian property and the killing of journalists covering the war. In addition to violations connected with the war, Helsinki Watch has also documented restrictions on freedom of expression and the press and interference with the independence of the judiciary. Finally, we are gravely concerned about the harassment, discrimination and rising violence against Serbs not engaged in the armed conflict in Croatia. Rules of War Violations in Croatia by Croatian Forces Violations of the rules of war are often committed by local police officers and members of the Croatian army1 in areas which are under heavy siege by Serbian forces and the Yugoslav army.
