    HIGH COURT OF TRIPURA AGARTALA NCJ.F.44(1 )(c)-HC/2021/11899 17th June, 2021 ORDER The High Court took into consideration the present situation of corona ' virus in the State and also took note of the lock-down restrictions with relaxed conditions formulated by the State Government. Bearing in mind these factors the High Court reviewed the arrangement of working of the High Court and the District Courts (including Family Courts) w..e.f. 20th June, 2021. Accordingly in p~rtial , modification ..o .f ·the earlier orders and in particular the order dated 16.05.2021, following arrangements are made, which shall be operative with effect from 20.06.2021: For the High Court: In substitution of paragraphs (i), (ii) and (iii) of the Order dated 16th May, 2021 it is provided that- (i) The Registry shall accept filing of all urgent as well as non-urgent cases till 2.00 pm on all working days; (ii) The High Court shall take up hearing of all urgent as well as non­ urgent cases., of Part-I matters i.e . .for Motion, Order and Admission listed on a given day, such that the hearing hours shall not continue beyond the first working session of the High Court.
