99. A Plan of the Borough of Harrisburg. Market, Second and Paxton Streets are 80 feet wide. All the other streets are 52 1/2 feet wide. The Alleys are 20 feet wide. The regular lots are 52 1/2 feet wide and 210 feet deep. That part within the redlines was laid out by the Commissioners. That part of the town within the yellow lines was laid out by the Heirs of John Harris.
