Mr. Mohammad Arif Noorzai was born in 1958 in Kandahar province of Afghanistan. He is married and live in Kandahar. Mr. Noorzai was student of Faculty of Agriculture of Kabul University when the former Soviet Union invaded in Afghanistan and he left his higher education and joined with freedom fighters. He has worked as minister of borders during the temporary government of Afghanistan in 2001. He also worked as Minister of food and light industry.
