UBS Zurich is changing its custodian in the Czech market from SIX SIS AG / Citibank, Prague to UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, Prague as of trade date November 24,

2011.

Current settlement instructions Trades with settlement date (SD) until and including

November 28, 2011 will be settled with UBS' current sub- custodian SIX SIS AG / Citibank, Prague.

New settlement instructions (as from SD November 29, 2011)

Trades with settlement date as from November 29, 2011 need to be submitted with the instruction details of UBS' new custodian (UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, Prague).
