All models are available in each of our wide selection of veneers. By default, the wood grain appears vertically on doors and drawer fronts. Please specify if you want the wood grain to be set horizontally. For some models, you must indicate the grain orientation. Otherwise, it will automatically be vertical (top to bottom). Please refer to our technical drawing (page 5).

Our products have excellent stability, with a warping tolerance of 1/16”. This tolerance applies only to door sizes not exceeding 24” wide and 48” high.

We consider our sanding preparation ready for finishing. However, we still recommend a light hand sanding of all parts in order to meet your level of perfection.

Each type of wood has its own characteristics. Some react poorly to dyes, others show significant color changes with age or have a wide range of grain or color, all of which require a good knowledge of the species in order to extract its maximum effect. We recommend that you make your own tests on your chosen materials.

TYPES OF SEQUENCING The manufacturing of our doors can be done in two ways, either sequenced or not. Our doors and drawer fronts have a standard vertical grain. If you need products with horizontal grain, please indicate so when ordering.

Non-sequenced method The production of doors is done randomly. That is, they will be fabricated at random and each one will display its own characteristics RC (graining, shades, etc.). This method is the standard method of production in the industry.

Sequenced method The production of doors takes into account the exact position of each door relative to the next; each door becomes a visual extension of adja- cent doors. This method results in a harmonious look for the entire work (send your drawing of the requested sequence). A surcharge for this method applies. Note that this method does not apply to our HD Evolution collection. Ash FC
