Speedway Motorsports –“2021 Speedway Motorsports Olympic Team Contest” Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States except legal residents of the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York and who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Speedway Motorsports, LLC (“Administrator”), and their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and any others engaged in the development, production or distribution of promotional materials or prizes for this contest, and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO PLAY: Beginning Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 9:00 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), potential participants can go to https://smi-corp.activation.mvpindex.com/415/all-tracks-olympics- 2021 by this link or via social media posts by any Speedway Motorsports, LLC track (Atlanta Motor Speedway, Bristol Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, NASCAR at COTA, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Sonoma Raceway, and Texas Motor Speedway). After clicking the “Speedway Motorsports Olympic Team” contest link, potential entrants can opt to enter with their Facebook information or complete the required registration fields by providing a valid email, birthdate, postal code and name. All entrants must also select one NASCAR Cup Series driver to represent their “Olympic Team” for each of the Administrator tracks. A NASCAR Cup Series driver can only be selected once for all of the Administrator tracks. All fields must be completed to be deemed a valid entry.
Potential participants can enter to win the Speedway Motorsports Olympic Team contest link until Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 11:59 pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
Limit one valid entry per person per Speedway Motorsports Olympic Team contest link. If multiple entries are submitted for each Speedway Motorsports Olympic Team contest link, the first valid entry will be deemed the official entry. Contest winners will be selected on or about Monday, August 2, 2021 following the completion of the contest.
WINNER SELECTION: • All Prize Winners will be selected on or about Monday, August 2, 2021 following the completion of the contest via a random drawing from all qualified entries. • Sixteen (16) prize winners will be selected from all valid entries. • To be deemed an official prize winner: o Each potential prize winner will be contacted at the email address provided via their valid entry on or about Monday, August 2, 2021 following the completion of the contest. o Each potential prize winner will be instructed to respond to the email and are required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release along with a copy of their state issued valid driver’s license or government issued valid ID within 24 hours. o A second attempt will be made to contact the prize winner via email, and they will again be instructed to respond to the email and are required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release along with a copy of their valid driver’s license or government issued valid ID within 24 hours. o If any potential prize winner is determined to be ineligible or fails to return the completed paperwork within the second 24-hour time period, they will forfeit the prize. o If any prize winners fail to respond to the email, they forfeit their potential prize and no other potential prize winners will be selected.

All prize details not specified herein shall be at Administrator’s discretion. No prize substitutions, transfers or cash alternatives permitted, except Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All decisions of the Administrator are final in all matters relating to this Contest.
Each prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, all taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, and local.

CONDITIONS: Failure by any potential winner to return any requested documents within the specified number of days after such documents are issued, the return of such documents or any prize notification as undeliverable, or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and, at the sole discretion of Administrator the selection of an alternate winner, from among all remaining eligible entries received will be chosen, time permitting. Sponsor, Administrator and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest, including, without limitation, the prize providers, are not responsible for: printing or other errors; mechanical errors; inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, late, lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged entries; or any delays in delivery of prize; or bodily injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind, without limitation, that may arise from or in connection with entrants’ participation in this contest or acceptance, possession or use of the prizes, or participation in prize-related activities. Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify: any entries submitted fraudulently, the entries of any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or any entrant who otherwise violates the Official Rules of the Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Administrator which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select winners from eligible entries received prior to the date of termination or suspension. By accepting any prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor and its designees may use his/her name, voice, photograph, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, prize information and/or statements about this Contest for advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide at the discretion of the Sponsor without limitation, further compensation or notice. Sponsor reserves the right to share the legitimate entries with third party affiliates, vendors or partners at their sole discretion.
Subject to the laws of the State of Texas. Any and all actions or disputes regarding this offer shall be exclusively brought in the District Courts of Denton County, Texas.
