Greetings from San Juan Diego Catholic High School! As I write this, San Juan Diego is hard at work bringing Catholic, college-preparatory education to the community in Austin. I am pleased to present this Annual Report with the many successes that San Juan Diego has seen in the 2010-2011 school year.

Some of our successes this year included:

> San Juan Diego Catholic High School initiated a Fund-A-Saint program which provides tuition assistance to students in need. This year alone, donors and benefactors funded 130 San Juan Diego “Saints.” Your generous partnership with San Juan Diego Catholic High School has helped San Juan Diego Catholic High School to continue making private, Catholic, college preparatory education available to students who are unable to afford it otherwise.

> In December 2010, students and teachers at San Juan Diego Catholic High School were asked to participate in a matching gift challenge for tuition assistance. Within a week, there was 100% participation from every single student and faculty member at San Juan Diego Catholic High School. By giving their change for change, the San Juan Diego Catholic High School community was able to raise $4,000 for tuition assistance. Board of Advisory Directors > Since the school opened in 2002, the largest senior class of 42 students graduated in the Class of 2011! The members of the Class of 2011 received over 100 offers of admission from colleges around the country and were offered over $1.3 million dollars in college scholarships!

San Juan Diego continues to accept each motivated, hard-working student who walks through its doors. San Juan Diego’s goal is to prepare each and every student for success while caring for their minds, values, and personal growth. These students’ opportunities in life will greatly exceed those of their peers.

On behalf of the San Juan Diego Catholic High School community, I would like to thank you for your support of our unique mission. It is only with this support that San Juan Diego Catholic High School has been able to create an exciting opportunity in Austin for students with the greatest financial and educational needs.

Sincerely,

Pamela S. Jupe Principal, San Juan Diego Catholic High School Academic Profile
