Sometimes when we sing our hymns, we don’t pay any attention 6 DCM to the words - unless there’s a different tune associated with the song, and 7 Organist then we think, “What’s that? He would have seen people with tears on their faces. Some of the people would have had their hands raised toward the heavens, some would have had their hands fisted by their sides.
