Fellows of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland may be admitted without formal proposal oQ payment of the entrance fee and the subscription for the cu?r~nt year. All others, being registered medical practitioners, or those interested in the science of medicine shall be proposed by two Fellows before election. Any registered Medical Practitioner may be elected a MEMBER, the election to be conducted in the same manner as that of Fellows. Registered Medical Practitioners temporarily resident in Dublin, may be elected as Associates. Registered Medical Students may be elected as Student Associates. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS-Fellows shall pay £3. 3s. Od. and Members £2. 2s. Od. Associates and Student AssoCiates shall pay five shillings. Fellows and Members not residing within 15 miles of Dublin shall pay £1. lis. 6d. Subscriptions shall become due on the first day of October in each year. A Fellow or Member whose subscription is morc than onc year in arrear shall cease to belong to the Academy unless the delay shall be accounted for to the satisfaction of the General Council. An entrance fee of £1. Is. Od. is charged to Fellows. Visitors must be personally introduced by, a Fellow or Member. The ORDINARY MEETINGS will be held on Wednesday and Friday evenings, from October until Junc, with special exceptions. This number represents those whose subscriptions have been paid. Ten years ago the number of Fellows was 540. The number of Members is 49 and the number of Honorary Fellows is 9. The Grayes Lecture under the auspices of the Academy and the Medical Research Council of Ireland was delivered on April 18th.
