Simple Summary: The different gut sections potentially provide different habitats for gut microbiota. We found that Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, and Proteobacteria were the three primary phyla in gut micro- biota of C. versicolor. The relative abundance of dominant phyla Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes exhibited an increasing trend from the small intestine to the large intestine, and there was a higher abun- dance of genus Bacteroides (Class: Bacteroidia), Coprobacillus and Eubacterium (Class: Erysipelotrichia), Parabacteroides (Family: Porphyromonadaceae) and Ruminococcus (Family: Lachnospiraceae), and Family Odoribacteraceae and Rikenellaceae in the hindgut, and some metabolic pathways were higher in the hindgut. The impact on animal and human health is tremendous and eradication and control of this zoonotic disease remains a global and interdisciplinary challenge. Alt- hough eradicated in German livestock brucellosis is still a matter of interest because it has emerged as a disease among immigrants associated with diagnostic delays, possibly result- ing in treatment failures, relapses, chronic courses, focal complications, and a high case- fatality rate. The identification of health risks is the guiding principle for our work in the field of food safety and consumer protection. A total of 800 employees spare no effort to prove that no risk is more fun . I am delighted to host the Brucellosis 2014 International Research Conference at the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment, here in Berlin, the capital city of Germany, which was home and domain of so many Nobel laureates. -

(Persian walnut), is a temperate nut crop and Iran is one of its centers of origin and diversity. According to the statistics provided in 2007 by (FAO), Persian walnut grows in Iran, ranking third globally. As geographical conditions affect the nutritional value of walnuts, the objective of this study was evaluation of protein, crude fiber, fatty acids and some mineral element contents in samples in Tehran and Karaj County farmlands as two economically important provinces. Samples were collected during the 2 years harvest from 12 different distinguished cultivars of trees grown in a replicated trial in an experimental orchard. All trees under the study were of seedlings origin and are growing naturally and treating traditionally. The order depending on the contents of elements (mg/100 g) in J. regia samples in Karaj studied regions was Mg> K> Fe > Cu >Ca >Zn> Na, whereas in Tehran farmlands the order is: Mg> K> Fe > Ca >Cu >Zn> Na which shows that high levels of these elements in the soil of area, have a great impact on the highness of calcium and copper in the fruits. Total oil content ranged from 60.9 to 73.1%, while the crude protein ranged from 13.5 to 20.2%. -

The low infecting dose, multiple portals of entry to the body, the great variety of potentially contaminated specimens, and the unspecific clinical manifestations of human infections facilitate the unintentional transmission of brucellae to laboratory personnel. Work accidents such as spillage of culture media cause only a small minority of exposures, whereas >80% of events result from unfamiliarity with the phenotypic features of the genus, misidentification of isolates, and unsafe laboratory practices such as aerosolization of bacteria and working on an open bench without protective goggles or gloves. Although the bacteriological diagnosis of brucellae by traditional methods is simple, the Gram stain and the biochemical profile of the organism, as determined by commercial kits, can be misleading, resulting in inadvertent exposure and contagion. -

Following Heidegger, the feeling of home is a fundamental aspect of human existence. From this perspective, housing policies and spatial planning impact the sense of home in a geographical context. The empirical analysis is based on an over- view of institutional changes since the Islamic Revolution in 1979, and interviews with inhabitants of Shahriar. The results indicate that Iran has developed a particular form of neoliberal, speculative model of urban development, in which urban segregation and seclusion and uneven regional development are noteworthy.
