NBL CANADA FRONT OFFICE David Magley – Commissioner [email protected] David Magley steps into the role of NBL Commissioner with decades of basketball playing and coaching experience. As a high school student in Indiana, he earned the state title of “Mr. Basketball,” then traveled the hardwood through a college career at Kansas; a professional career with the Cleveland Cavaliers, then played in the minor leagues and overeas. Magley later coached in both high school (Bradenton Christian School, 2000-2011), and then spent the past two seasons as head coach of the NBL’s Brampton A’s (45-27, conference finals in both seasons). He recently celebrated his 35th wedding anniversary with his wife Evelyn, and his four children are all decorated student-athletes. Audley Stephenson – Director of Public Relations & Content Strategy [email protected] Audley Stephenson AKA "The Audman" has been an energetic ambassador of NBL Canada since the league's inception. The Audman produces many of the league's web based content, supports NBL Canada's on-line engagement strategy and works directly with the media, teams and their players. Audley is deeply passionate about the game of basketball and is committed to doing his part to grow the league. This former NBA credentialed media expert is no stranger to the world of media/broadcasting and professional basketball industry having covered the NBA through a web based talk show he co-produced/co-hosted for five seasons. The Toronto native is also the founder of The Audman Media – a brand that produces digital stories on sports and urban culture and features interviews with a variety of athletes, entertainers and persons/topics of interest. Scotiabank Centre is the largest multipurpose facility in Atlantic Canada and the hub for major events in Nova Scotia. We serve as the region's premier venue for sports and entertainment. Our facility is proudly home to the Halifax Mooseheads, the Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo, the Halifax Thunderbirds and the Halifax Hurricanes. These positions are considered part-time, casual roles, and shifts are scheduled during event activity as required.
