Withdean Walk Start at The Woodlands ( u1 ) and head south-east A a. Walk down Twitten F heading south b. Go down Overhill Gardens and turn first right onto Carden Avenue C Q c. Turn left then take the first right onto Graham Avenue d. Use Twitten G to get to Withdean Park e. Turn left on entering the park and continue straight on, exiting the park using Twitten H f. Continue along Old Court Close L K g. Turn left on Braybon Avenue and take the first right onto M B Greenfield Crescent h. Go down Twittens I and J to come out at Church Close N i. Turn right along Carden Avenue then walk westwards along Twittens K, L and B then cross over Overhill Drive and along M J T j. Turn Right into Grangeways, then left onto Old London Road and I head south to rejoin The Woodlands Ladies Mile Walk u1 Start at Ladies Mile Pub ( u2 ) F a. Head east along Ladies Mile Road and go down Twitten A b. Turn right onto Mackie Avenue, past Eastwick Bottom and continue onto The Deeside c. Cross back to Ladies Mile Road using Twitten R G H d. Continue north-east along footpaths from Ladies Mile e. At the roundabout head south on Crowhurst Road f. Walk along Twittens N and O and P g. Cross Recreation Ground to Carden Avenue h. turn right and join onto Twitten D i. Walk along Windmill View and take the first right E j. Join Ladies Mile Road and turn left and head back to the pub
