LUNCH SYMPOSIUM (€15.000/day) The Sponsor will have the opportunity to demonstrate the company’s scientific research to the Meeting delegates during a Lunch Symposium of 45 minutes. The following is included in the costs: • Promotion of the Symposium on Website, the Final Programme and the Congress App • The symposium program will be promoted in the official newsletter (prior to the Congress). • Invitation in the Congress Bag • Possibility of sending an invitation email through the Congress Organizer to target specialists who have signed up for the Congress • Promotion of your Symposium with your own Roll Ups • Standard audio/visual equipment and staff assistance in the assigned room

9 TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS OF PAYMENT All payments should be effected when signing the contract. Delay of payment may cause cancellation of the booth or may lead to denial of setup. All payments should be in Euros (€), except for residents of Serbia who should pay in local currency (RSD).

EXHIBITION LAYOUT The organizer reserves the right to change the exhibition floor layout if necessary. The organizer re- serves the right to amend or alter the exact site of the location and/or booth in any unforeseen circum- stances and the exhibitor agrees to any alteration to the site or the space re-allocated by the organizer. Combined exhibition space will be deemed as one single space and a new space number might be given. Final exhibition plan will be made in accordance to the number of sponsors and exhibitors applied. The position of booths will be made in accordance with the number of applied exhibitors, sponsorship pack- ages (main sponsors will have the best positions) and the date of their application/payment (Advantages will be given to those who sign up first in terms of booth position).

EXHIBITION STAND/ REGULATIONS/ MANUAL The exhibitor accepts all regulations that will be published in the Exhibitors Manual. The organizer reserves the right to prohibit any action taken at the exhibition space if deemed dangerous and/or is violating the regulations of the Exhibitors Manual. To ensure the quality and safety of the exhibition it is necessary that all spaces will be equipped with either a shell scheme stand or a custom-made stand that clearly separates from any neighboring space (roll up banners or similar not sufficient) at the cost of the exhibitor. The costs mentioned in this agree- ment do not include any equipment other than standard electricity (single phase connection).

CONFIRMATION Confirmation of your reservation and booth allocation will be e-mailed to you with an accompanying invoice for the payment. All companies are required to pay VAT when applicable.

Welcome to Belgrade, capital of Serbia! City of many nations, BELGRADE is a city with a tumultuous, but also frequently tragic past, primarily due to its unique position at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers, on the border between the East and the West. Due to its position it was rightfully named “Gates of the Balkans” and the “Doors of Middle Europe”. Belgrade is one of the oldest cities in Europe with a 7000-year history.
