Grey Bruce sub-region Descriptive Profile The purpose of the descriptive profile is to provide an overview of demographics and health service provider landscape in the sub-region to support discussions with Area Provider Tables around the development of sub-region Integration Tables The data contained in these slides come from a variety of sources available to the LHIN.
