APRIL 2017 SIGNIFICANT OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

PDEA SEIZES P300,000 OF SHABU FROM A DRUG DEN MAINTAINER

Fifteen (15) drug personalities were arrested by Drug Enforcement Officers of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 4A during conduct of the anti-drug operation on April 8, 2017 at Barangay Sta. Cruz, Antipolo City, Province of Rizal

In a report submitted to Director General ISIDRO S LAPEÑA, operatives and the Sta. Cruz Barangay Anti- Drug Abuse Council implemented the Barangay Drug Clearing Program against BADAC watchlisted drug personalities and secured a Search Warrant issued by the Honorable AGRIPINO G. MORGAN, Executive Judge, San Pablo RTC, in Sitio Upper East Kamias Phase 2, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Antipolo City, which led to the arrest of two (2) suspected drug pushers identified by Dir. III ARCHIE A. GRANDE, Regional Director as WILFREDO RUBIANO Y SOLMINIDAD, male, 47 yars old, carpenter and ALLAN DEL ROSARIO alias Bibe, male, 21 years old, construction worker, and thirteen other drug personalities who were arrested in the drug den.

Methamphetamine Hydrochloride locally known as Shabu weighing more or less 30 grams and another 20 grams and various drug paraphernalia were confiscated and seized from the suspects.

Seized items were submitted to the PDEA RO 4A Forensic Laboratory for chemical analysis and the suspects were brought to the PDEA 4A Jail Facility located at Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba City for further investigation.

Appropriate cases for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act will be filed against the suspects. ###
