TENDER NOTICE Sealed Tenders based on item rates are hereby invited, for the works mentioned below from the contractors / firms enlisted / renewed with C&W department for the current financial year in the field of buildings works. Tender documents can be obtained, from any of the below mentioned offices, upon written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment / upto date renewal letter, PEC license, identity card of contractor / managing partner / director of the firm along with registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee (Non Refundable) in the shape of challan form 32-A on account of under head C-02701-06 Others Receipt for Community service creditable to Executive Engineer Buildings Division paid in National Bank of main Branch Jhang (only original challan form will be accepted:- i) Chief Engineer. (Central Zone) Punjab Buildings Department . ii) Commissioner. Division Faisalabad. iii) Superintending Engineer. Buildings Circle No. 1 Faisalabad. iv) Deputy Commissioner Officer, Jhang. v) Executive Engineer. Buildings Division Jhang. vi) Assistant Commissioner Jhang. Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender document. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. Tenders will be received in the office of Chief Engineer Central Zone Punjab buildings Department, Lahore and Commissioner, Faisalabad and will be opened simultaneously on fixed date and time by the respective Tender Opening Committee at the above venue in the presence of intending Contractor of their representatives. Conditional Tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the Estimate cost in shape of CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier’s Cheque of any Scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Jhang and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained. Any of the total bids can only be rejected on the basis of evaluation criteria. Though 1. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. 2. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposal, but shall not be required to justify those grounds. 3. The bidding documents will be issued to the contractor after date of publication as per PPRA Ruls 25 (1).
