As a result we should treat this as the beginning of the plenum the actual meeting will begin in the late afternoon. I suggest, in the name of all present, that we give Comrade Khrushchev a heartfelt greeting, at this, our plenum. (Applause.) We ask that Comrade Khrushchev take advantage of this meeting, and speak to all who are gathered, from a perspective of personal experience. Comrade Nikita S.
