Students in Western states may enroll in parcipang two-year and four-year public college programs at a reduced tuion level up to 150% of the instuon’s regular resident tuion In all cases, WUE tuion is considerably less than nonresident tuion Tuition Reduction??

Reciprocity: When a state has agreements with neighboring states to provide lower tuion for residents to aend public colleges and universies in those states.
