Molero & C. Blanché. 1999. A conspect of chromosome numbers in tribe Delphinieae (Ranunculaceae). Biodiversity Electronic Publications, 1 [Available online at http://hdl.handle.net/2445/95875]) is presented, after an accurate extensive literature and Internet survey, by adding the chromosome counts for the genera Aconitum L. (including Gymnaconitum (Stapf) Wei Wang & Z. D. Chen), Delphinium L. (including Staphisagria Spach), Consolida (DC.) S.F. Gray and Aconitella Spach, accumulated in the last 17 years. A total number of 2598 reports are presented, belonging to 389 species, representing a 44.5% of the total species number of the tribe (an increase of c. 137% compared with the 1097 reports gathered in the 1999 version). This increase is due both to chromosome research progress (analysed as counts/year) and an improved information capture system (including checking of populations location through Cyrillic alphabet, and Japanese and Chinese writing systems). Additionally, recent taxonomic advances, synonimization and new phylogenetic criteria have also been taken in account. The main basic number x = 8 is found at 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x, and 8x ploidy levels, whereas x = 9 is much rarer. -

U druhů byla naměřena délka a šířka průduchů a z literatury byly získány údaje o počtu chromozomů a ekologii druhů. Velikost genomu se v rámci čeledi liší 63-krát. Nejmenší genom byl naměřen u Aquilegia canadensis (2C = 0,75 pg), největší u Ranunculus lingua (2C = 47,93 pg). Mezi dvěma hlavními podčeleděmi Ranunculoideae a Thalictroideae je ve velikosti genomu markantní rozdíl (2C = 2,48 – 47,94 pg a 0,75 – 4,04 pg). -

Bitte beachten Sie unbedingt, dass bevor ein Punkt gesetzt wird alles geladen ist. Es müssen ungefähr 1,4 MB (Artenliste mit ca. 19.000 Arten) geladen werden. Links erscheint dann ein Disketten Symbol . Nach klick auf das Symbol erscheint ein Fenster, in dem die erforderlichen Angaben einzutragen sind. Die Felder bis „Ort des Fundes“ sind Pflichtfelder, hier müssen unbedingt Eingaben gemacht werden. 1 Die Eingabe über Autor und E-Mail des Autors sowie Bemerkungen sollten ebenso eingegeben werden. Diese Angaben werden in der Datenbank gespeichert, jedoch nicht veröffentlicht. Diese Angaben dienen intern dazu, die Wertigkeit der Eingaben beurteilen zu können. Es stehen z.B. beim "Artenname" Pulldown-Listen zur Verfügung, dadurch wird eine einheitliche Eingabe garantiert. Es stehen ca. 19.000 Arten zur Verfügung. The article provides a synopsis of tribes Galegeae, Hedysareae, Loteae, Cicereae of Fabaceae subfam. Faboideae in the flora of Ukraine, with nomenclatural citations, types, and main synonyms. It is based on critical analysis of available data of taxonomic, morphological, and molecular phylogenetic studies. Tribe Galegeae is best represented in the flora of Ukraine, comprising 10 genera, including the most species-rich genus Astragalus (48 species). However, the number of genera in the tribe will be probably changed due to further results of morphological and molecular phylogenetic studies which already indicate possible inclusion of Calophaca and Halimodendron in Caragana s. l.; however, these data require confirmation. Tribe Loteae is accepted here in a wide circumscription, including Coronilleae, which is in accordance with results of new morphological and molecular studies. There are 9 genera (or 7, in a wider circumscription) in the tribe, but the number of natural genera in that group will be clarified after further studies. -
