Re: Board File No EB-2020-0059 – 2021 Waterloo North Hydro Cost of Service Application – Affidavits of Service

Further to the Board’s Letter of Direction dated July 20, 2020, an affidavit is enclosed as evidence required for proof of completion of the following items:

1. Service of the Notice dated July 23, 2020 and delivered electronically by email with read receipts to all intervenors on record in Waterloo North Hydro Inc.’s (WNH) 2016 Cost of Service Application EB-2015-0108.

2. Service of the Notice dated July 23, 2020 to all customers for which WNH has an email address with required messaging.

3. Service of the Notice to WNH’s embedded distributor, Hydro One Networks Inc. dated July 21, 2020.

4. WNH has made a copy of the Notice, the application and evidence, and any amendments thereto available for public review at WNH’s office on July 21, 2020.

5. WNH has posted the required message on its twitter account on July 22, 2020 and posted the notice on WNH’s website on the same date.

Attached are copies of the notices sent to Hydro One Networks Inc. and all intervenors in EB- 2015-0108.
