Bank of Ireland UK Twilight Market Competition Rules

These competition rules (the “Rules”) apply to the Bank of Ireland UK Twilight Market competition (the “Competition”).

1. The Promoters are Bank of Ireland (UK) PLC, 4th floor, 1 South, , BT1 5LR and Belfast , Cecil Ward Building, 4-10 Linehall Street, Belfast, BT2 8BP 2. The Supplier of the prize is , St Georges Market. 3. The Competition is open between 5pm on the 9th October 2017 and 5pm on the 20th October 2017. 4. Employees of the Bank of Ireland Group and Belfast City Council, their associated companies, advertising and marketing consultants, agents and anyone connected with the Competition and their families are not eligible to enter the Competition. 5. To enter the Competition, entrants must be a small business and complete the entry forms available by following the link on the Bank of Ireland UK Twitter page. All entrants must provide a copy of their valid Public Liability Insurance, Food Hygiene Certificate (if applicable) in order to be eligible for entry. 6. Entrants may only enter the Competition once. 7. Twilight Market 2017 stallholders already allocated a stall are not eligible to enter the Competition. 8. The Promoters cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems or networks that may result in an entry not being registered, accepted or processed. 9. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed or mislaid. 10. 10 winners will be chosen based on the application by a panel made up of representatives from Bank of Ireland UK and Belfast City Council. The panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 11. The winners will get the use of one of ten Bank of Ireland UK branded stalls at the ‘Twilight Market’ event at St. Georges Market, Belfast on either Tuesday 7th November trading from 4.30PM to 11PM or Wednesday 8th November from 11.30AM to 11PM (the “Prize”). 12. The winners will be notified by the 24th October 2017 by telephone, email or by letter. 13. Winners must confirm acceptance of the Prize by 5PM on 25th October 2017. 14. It is the responsibility of the winners to organise suitable transport to and from St Georges Market. Parking facilities will not be provided. 15. The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative in whole or part. 16. The Promoters reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Rules. 17. The Promoters reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

18. All entrants consent to the storage and use of their names, images and details by the Promoters for publicity purposes in any medium. Entrants also agree that their names and images may be disclosed by the Promoter to its agents for the purposes of administering the Competition and/or the Prize. Entrants agree that the Promoters are free to reproduce, publish and use any images, interviews or quotes in its original format or altered in any way as they deem appropriate for the purposes of advertising. 19. By entering into this Competition, entrants accept that their personal data will be processed by the Promoters, the controller of their personal data for the purpose of the administration of this Competition and as set out in rule 17 above. 20. The Promoters accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to any matter arising out of the Competition or the enjoyment of the Prize. 21. The winner will work with the Promoter and the supplier and will comply with any reasonable requests of the Promoters in respect of the arrangements necessary to enjoy the Prize. 22. The winners also agree to adhere to Belfast City Council’s Twilight Market Terms and Conditions and relevant Health and Safety Regulations. 23. Details of the winners will be available from the 29th October 2016 by contacting the Promoter at Marketing Department, 1 Donegall Square South, Belfast BT1 5LR. 24. Competition entrants shall be deemed to have accepted these Competition Rules.
