I was always impressed by Penny Rimbaud’s statement that the later Crass singles were issued as “tactical responses” to given situations. I started off writing and editing Fanzines, and it is only for reasons of my own that I decided to issue this magazine like Dear Friends, clockwork every Saturday, more recently every Friday.
