STATE STATUS / RESTRICTION 1. Passengers are not allowed to enter. - This does not apply to: - nationals of , , , and United Arab ; - passengers with a residence permit issued by Bahrain; - passengers with an e-visa obtained before departure; - passengers who can obtain a visa on arrival; - military personnel. 2. Passengers are not allowed to enter if in the past 14 days they have been in or transited through , , Costa Rica, Ecuador, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , Slovenia, South , Sri , , , Ukraine, Viet Nam or Zimbabwe. - This does not apply to: - nationals of Bahrain; - passengers with a residence permit issued by Bahrain. BAHRAIN 3. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure. The test result must have a QR code if arriving from Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Georgia, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Malawi, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, Philippines, Slovenia, , , Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, Viet Nam or Zimbabwe. - This does not apply to: - passengers younger than 6 years; - nationals of Bahrain, , Hungary, , Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. 4. Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. - This does not apply to passengers younger than 6 years. 5. Passengers must have a reservation confirmation for 10 days, for a designated listed at https://www.nhra.bh/Departments/HCF/?page=159 or proof that they reside in Bahrain.

- This does not apply to: - passengers younger than 6 years; - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued in Bahrain, Cyprus, , Hungary, Israel, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles or United Arab Emirates showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival; - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued in that are eligible for visa on arrival. 6. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna, Pfizer- BioNTech, Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V. The certificate must have the logo of the Egyptian Ministry of Health. 3. Passengers arriving from a country other than Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, , Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Colombia, Ecuador, France (Paris), Germany (Frankfurt), Guyana, Italy (Rome), Japan, Korea (Rep.), Mexico, New-Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Thailand, USA, United Kingdom (London Heathrow), Uruguay or Venezuela must have a printed negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Egypt. 5. Passengers arriving directly at Hurghada (HRG), Marsa Alam (RMF), Sharm El Sheikh (SSH) or Taba (TCP) without a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test result are subject to a PCR test upon arrival at their own expense. This does not apply to: - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V. The certificate must be in Arabic, French or English; and - have a QR code or must be approved by the Egyptian Embassy in the country of departure; - passengers with an electronic COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued in Egypt by the Egyptian Ministry of Health showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna, Pfizer- BioNTech, Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V. The certificate must have the logo of the Egyptian Ministry of Health. 6. Passengers arriving from Argentina, Bangladesh, , , Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, , , Mexico, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, , Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela or Viet Nam are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival at their own expense and could be subject to quarantine. 1. All airports within FIR available for passenger operations. 2. Suspension of visa on arrival facilities for passengers traveling as tourists. 3. E-visas can be obtained before departure at http://e_visa.mfa.ir/en/ . Passengers must have an e-visa confirmation. 4. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 96 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in English or approved by an Iranian . - This does not apply to: - passengers younger than 8 years; - passengers returning to Iran within 96 hours. 5. Passengers arriving from or who have transited for more than 4 hours through Andorra, Argentina, Bolivia, , Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, , Cyprus, Ecuador, Iran Egypt, , Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, , , Lithuania, Malawi, Malaysia, Mongolia, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, , Oman, Paraguay, Peru, , Russian Fed., Seychelles, South Africa, , , Suriname, Syria, , Tunisia, United Kingdom, Uruguay, or Zimbabwe are subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival and quarantine at their own expense. - This does not apply to: -passengers younger than 8 years; - passengers arriving from or who have transited through Andorra, Cyprus, Georgia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Russian Fed., Spain or United Kingdom with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 15 days before arrival; - asymptomatic passengers arriving from Kuwait.

6. Passengers are subject to medical screening; and - could be subject to COVID-19 test and quarantine. 7. Passengers must complete a "Self-declaration form" form before arrival. The form can be obtained at https://www.cao.ir . 8. Wearing facemasks is mandatory and social distancing is practiced at all times inside airport facilities. 1. Flights to Iraq restarted. 2. Passengers arriving from India are not allowed to enter Iraq via (BGW), (BSR) or Najaf (NJF). 3. Nationals of India are not allowed to enter Iraq via Baghdad (BGW), Basra (BSR) or Najaf (NJF). 4. Nationals of Indonesia are not allowed to enter Iraq via Basra (BSR) or Najaf (NJF). 5. Passengers traveling to Baghdad (BGW) must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in Arabic or English. - This does not apply to passengers younger than 10 years. They will be subject to a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival. 6. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, , Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, with a return onward ticket, can obtain a visa on arrival at Baghdad (BGW). 7. Passengers traveling to Basra (BSR) must have a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in Arabic or English. - This does not apply to passengers younger than 10 years. 8. Passengers traveling to Sulaymaniyah (ISU) must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before arrival. Iraq - This does not apply to: - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated; - passengers younger than 10 years. 9. Passengers traveling to Erbil (EBL) must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before arrival. - This does not apply to: - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated; - passengers younger than 12 years; - passengers arriving from Canada. 10. Passengers traveling to Erbil (EBL) or Sulaymaniyah (ISU) arriving from India are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival and quarantine for 14 days at their own expense. 11. Passengers arriving from Canada traveling to Erbil (EBL) must have a printed negative COVID- 19 PCR test result issued at most 96 hours before arrival. - This does not apply to: - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated; - passengers younger than 12 years. 12. Passengers traveling to Najaf (NJF) must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in English; and

- are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival, at their own expense. - This does not apply to passengers younger than 11 years. 13. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates can obtain a visa on arrival at Najaf (NJF) for a maximum stay of 7 days. 14. Nationals of Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, , Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Fed., Saudi Arabia, , Slovenia, Spain, , United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and USA, can obtain a visa on arrival at Najaf (NJF). They must have a return ticket and a reservation confirmation from one of the following : Qaser Aldur Hotel, Qaser Altad Hotel or Rebal Hotel. 15. Passengers traveling to Erbil (EBL) could be subject to quarantine at a designated facility for up to 14 days. 16. Airline crew traveling to Erbil (EBL) or Sulaymaniyah (ISU) are subject to self-isolation in a hotel until their next flight. 17. Passengers are subject to medical screening and quarantine. 1. International scheduled flights are allowed to operate from/to Jordanian airports. 2. Nationals of , Angola, Belize, , Botswana, , Burundi, , Cameroon, Central African Rep., Colombia, , Congo (Dem. Rep.), Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, , Equatorial , , , Ethiopia, , Gambia, , Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Liberia, , , , Moldova (Rep.), Mongolia, , Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, , Pakistan, , Philippines, , , , , Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tanzania, , Uganda, Viet Nam and Zambia are not allowed to enter. - This does not apply to: - passengers with a residence permit issued by ; - passengers with a residence permit valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival Jordan date issued by Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, USA, United Arab Emirates or United Kingdom and return/onward tickets; - nationals of Comoros, Djibouti, Iraq, Mauritania, Morocco or Sudan residing in ; - passengers with a visa issued by Jordan. 3. Passengers are not allowed to transit through Jordan for more than 10 hours. 4. Passengers must complete a "Declaration Form" before departure at https://www.gateway2jordan.gov.jo . This will generate a QR code which must be presented before boarding and upon arrival. 5. Passengers must have health insurance valid for the period of intended stay.

This does not apply to: - nationals of Jordan; - passengers with a diplomatic or special and a diplomatic QR code and their family members. 6. Passengers entering or transiting through Jordan must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result for passengers arriving from Egypt, Iraq or Turkey must be issued by an approved laboratory, details can be found at https://www.visitjordan.gov.jo/Labs- List.html This does not apply to: - passengers younger than 5 years; - passengers with a diplomatic or special passport and their family members; - nationals of Jordan residing in Jordan with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure, if they have been outside of Jordan for not more than 10 days; - passengers traveling to (AQJ). 7. Passengers traveling to Aqaba (AQJ) must have: - a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated; or - a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received the first dose of the vaccine at least 21 days before arrival; or - a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The vaccination certificate must be in Arabic or English. - This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years traveling with parents who have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated. 8. Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival which must be paid before departure at https://www.gateway2jordan.gov.jo/ . - This does not apply to: - passengers younger than 5 years; - passengers with a diplomatic or special passport and a diplomatic QR code; - family members of passengers with a diplomatic or special passport; - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued by Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China (People’s Rep.), Chinese , Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Morocco, Netherlands, , Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Fed., Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom or USA showing that they were fully vaccinated. The vaccination certificate must be in Arabic or English.

9. Passengers must complete a "Passenger Health Declaration Form" and a "Locator Form" and present it before departure. 10. Airline crew must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. - This does not apply to airline crew with a round trip flight. 11. Airline crew are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival and quarantine until the result is ready. 12. Flights to Kuwait restarted. 2. Nationals of Israel are not allowed to enter and transit. 3. Passengers are not allowed to enter. This does not apply to: - nationals of Kuwait; - children, husbands and of nationals of Kuwait; - nationals of Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty), and their accompanying children younger than 16 years; - nationals of Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V and that they also received one vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty), and their KUWAIT accompanying children younger than 16 years; - domestic workers accompanied by nationals of Kuwait; - passengers with an 'Article 20' visa issued by Kuwait. Online registration at https://belsalamah.com/home.html is required if they do not have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate; - passengers with a residence permit or a visa issued by Kuwait and with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty), and their accompanying children younger than 16 years; - passengers with a residence permit or a visa issued by Kuwait and with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V and that they also received one vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty), and their accompanying children younger than 16 years; - passengers younger than 18 years with a residence permit issued by Kuwait.

Passengers are subject to medical screening. 6. Passengers should install "Shlonik" and "Kuwait-Mosafer" applications on their personal device. 7. Suspension of visa on arrival facilities. 8. Passengers must register online before departure at https://kuwaitmosafer.gov.kw/home.html 9. Passengers are subject to 2 PCR tests at their own expense upon arrival. They must have a payment confirmation obtained at https://kuwaitmosafer.gov.kw/home.html before departure. - This does not apply to: - nationals of Kuwait; - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty); - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V and that they also received one vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty); - domestic workers with a residence permit or visa issued by Kuwait who are registered and traveling under BelSalamah package. 10. Passengers could be subject to quarantine at a hotel or home-quarantine for up to 7 days. 11. Passengers must have a confirmed hotel reservation booked for 7 days at https://kuwaitmosafer.com/home.html before departure. - This does not apply to: - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty); - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V and that they also received one vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty); - unaccompanied minors younger than 16 years. 12. Passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued in Kuwait must present the certificate through the Immune app, or Kuwait Mobile ID app, or Kuwait-mosafer app. 13. Passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued outside of Kuwait must: - have a QR code on the certificate; or

- upload the certificate at https://vaxcert.moh.gov.kw/SPCMS/PH/CVD_19_Vaccine_External_Registration.aspx 1. Flights to Lebanon restarted. 2. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 96 hours before arrival. Nationals of United Arab Emirates entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. 18. Passengers entering Abu Dhabi (AUH), Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) or Sharjah (SHJ) are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. 19. Visa on arrival facilities at Abu Dhabi (AUH) restarted. 21. Expired residence permits issued by the United Arab Emirates that have been extended until December 2020 are accepted for entry. Passengers must present proof of the extended validity. 22. Nationals of Korea (Rep.) traveling under the Fast Track program must have an 'Isolation Exemption Certificate'. 23. Passengers are not allowed to transit through Abu Dhabi (AUH) for more than 24 hours. Passengers must have a confirmed airside hotel booking if their transit time exceeds 12 hours. 24. Nationals of Nigeria must have a return ticket, and a hotel booking or proof of accommodation for the period of intended stay. - This does not apply to passengers with a resident visa. 25.
