Saturday, April 27 Welcome Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage site, commonly known as “the Pearl of the Adriatic Sea”. You will be met at the airport and transferred to your MV Adriatic Princess II, where a warm welcome awaits you from your Captain and crew. We will overnight in Dubrovnik. Meals included: Dinner Sunday, April 28 Dubrovnik - Slano We’ll tour Dubrovnik’s old town charms with its white limestone streets, baroque buildings and ancient city walls that protected a civilized, sophisticated republic for centuries. After the tour, we’ll cruise to Slano, and reach the peninsula's wine empire. Nearby Ston is a jewel in Adriatic Coast. You will have an included tour of Ston followed by a wine tasting session. We overnight in Slano. EmeraldPLUS: Guided Tour of Ston with wine tasting Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Monday, April 29 Slano – - Korcula In the morning we sail to delightful Mljet Island, the most beautiful and most forested island in the Adriatic and one of the most beautiful pearls of the Mediterranean. Untouched nature, the island's mysticism, olive groves, vineyards and rich forests are ideal places to research the rich flora and fauna. In the afternoon we are off to the nearby Island of Korcula, one of the greenest islands in the Adriatic Sea. Like most of the Croatian islands, the Greeks, who gave it the name Korkyra Melaina or 'Black Corfu' for its dark and densely wooded appearance, first settled Korcula. This afternoon we’ll have a guided tour of the town, passing by its typical medieval architecture, including towers and clusters of red-roofed houses. Marco Polo, the famous world- traveler and writer, as well as a Venetian merchant, is reputed to have been born in Korcula. We will overnight in Korcula. Tuesday, April 30 Korcula- Pucišca - Omiš Today we are off to the island of Brac to visit the town of Pucišca. Stone from Brac was used to build part of the “White House” in Washington, DC. For many generations, locals have been making use the local white stone and as part of your EmeraldPLUS experience, we’ll have a chance to visit a stonemason-school. Founded in 1909, the school provides educational support for local students, producing quality religious icons, fountains, statues. We’ll also visit the historic city of Omiš and take an optional boat ride up the magnificent Cetina Canyon before sailing on to Split. Go Bucket List Travel LLC 3 September 13, 2018 Wednesday, May 1 Split - Hvar Split is the second largest city in Croatia and the largest city on the Adriatic coast, known for its beaches and the fortress complex at its center and Diocletian's Palace, erected by the Roman emperor in the 4th century. The city has some fantastic sights with both Roman and modern architecture. We’ll enjoy a guided walking tour through the many facades of this beautiful city. After the tour we will cruise over to Hvar Island, best known as a summer resort. Highlights of the port town Hvar include its 13th-century walls, a hilltop fortress and a main square anchored by the Renaissance-era Hvar Cathedral. Our walking tour will pass by the town’s cozy harbor, terracotta-roofed villas, Gothic palaces and 13th-century ramparts rising towards an impressive citadel. We remain overnight in Hvar. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch. Dinner is on our own. Thursday, May 2 Šibenik Our day begins with a sail to Šibenik, one of the oldest towns on the Adriatic Cost, Šibenik. Our guided tour of this charming town will acquaint us with the town’s fantastic sights which have existed from Venetian times, including the marble Cathedral of St. James, a UNESCO World Heritage list. The rest of the day is free to enjoy this beautiful town. We overnight in Šibenik. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch. Dinner is on our own. Friday, May 3 Šibenik- Trogir This morning we’ll cruise up the Krka River to the covers an area of just over 142 square km and includes two thirds of the river itself. The top attraction of the Park are its seven magnificent waterfalls, including the famous Skradinski Buk falls which are one of Croatia’s most famous sights. Later, we cruise to Trogir, a gorgeous old town known for its mix of Renaissance, baroque and Romanesque buildings, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997. Saturday, May 4 Trogir Disembarkation - Split After breakfast disembark your ship and transfer to Split airport for your onward or homebound flight. Meals included: Breakfast
