TV BROADCAST INFORMATION Head coaches and/or selected players will be available for short interviews before, durinG and after televised Games at U SPORTS Championships based on Guidelines agreed upon by U SPORTS and broadcasters. Broadcasters may also request sit-down interviews in the days leadinG up to a televised Game, in which case coaches and selected players should be made available. At U SPORTS televised championships, the U SPORTS broadcaster will be provided access to the locker- room in a controlled fashion (includes pre-Game and/or intermissions). For U SPORTS football (Bowl Games and Vanier Cup), teams will be required to Grant permission for the placement of name plates on the backs of players jerseys at the discretion of U SPORTS. 5. HOME & AWAY DESIGNATIONS Mitchell Bowl – the home team will be RSEQ and they will wear dark. MovinG to the Vanier Cup the winner of the Mitchell Bowl will be the home team and will wear dark while the winner of the Uteck Bowl will be the visitinG team and will wear their liGhts. 6. THERAPY / MEDICAL SERVICES: There will be a Certified Athletic Therapist, a Sport Medicine Physician as well as an orthopedic surgeon on site for the game. There will be a student trainer coverage available for practice times if needed. A student trainer will be in the stadium during the visiting teams practice time to help with ice and any other medical related issues that may arise. There will access to an AED, Oxygen, and airway support available for the game and practices. There will also be access to a spinal board, crutches, vacuum splints etc. Emergency transport to University Hospital (which is on campus) will be arranged by the host therapy / medical staff or student trainers. Our Sport Medicine Clinic is actually part of the hospital any requests for access for individual therapy must be made in advance and will be in off hours to the regular clinic times.
