Bonnie Story

Bonnie has been choreographing events with us since 2007 and is a graduate of Julliard and the School of American Ballet. A veteran performer and instructor, Bonnie runs dance programs at Treehouse Athletic Club in Salt Lake City when she’s not teaching her special brand of jazz dance across the country. Here are just a few of Bonnie’s achievements!

− Dancer in Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal” music video − Dancer and choreographer for many television shows, commercials, films, and music videos − Emmy Award winner - Outstanding Choreography, High School Musical − Choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance − Co-choreographer for the opening and closing ceremonies at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City − Co-choreographer for Cirque du Soleil’s Viva Elvis − Choreographer for Playzone 2006 (a monumental stage production featuring Japan’s top music recording artists) − Associate Artistic Director of Odyssey Dance Theatre

Bonnie is more than just a familiar face, having joined us in the past at Alamo Bowl, Russell Athletic Bowl, Orange Bowl, Sugar Bowl, Holiday Bowl, Liberty Bowl and Pearl Harbor Parade events – she teaches from the heart! You’ll see her talent and passion for yourself when we see in you at the IPL 500 Parade!

IPL 500 Festival Parade Mid American Pompon Itinerary Feel your adrenaline rush at the Indianapolis 500! There’s a lot in store for you at one of the world’s biggest racing events of the year. You’ll perform in the nationally televised IPL 500 Festival Parade, performing a dance routine by a world-class choreographer. Your team will participate in the official opening ceremonies of the Indy 500 Race! Plus, you’ll never forget the inspiring time you spent learning new moves and professional tips in our master class. With big city fun and plenty of time to make new friends, you’ll be in no hurry to race back home! DAY 111 – Friday, May 27th − Welcome to Indianapolis! Check in to your hotel. − Meet your fellow Indy coaches and instructors at the Director’s Reception. − Your performers will meet their head choreographer and get right to work! During this first evening of rehearsals, your choreographer will adjust the performance as necessary and put on the final touches to the show.

DAY 2 – Saturday, May 28th − Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. It’s parade day! − After a quick morning rehearsal, it’s show time! You and your fellow performers open the nationally televised parade in front of thousands of cheering fans! − After a bit of free time in the city, celebrate at your exclusive dinner & dance party!

DAY 333 – Sunday, May 29th

− It’s race day! Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading out for the day.

− Spend your day at the biggest sporting event in the world! You’ll play a special role in the opening ceremonies of the race, and then relax to watch the race.

− This evening, you’ll enjoy learning some new moves during a special master class.

DAY 444 – Monday, May 30 th − After a good night’s rest, enjoy breakfast with the Mid American Pom program at the Hard Rock Café Indianapolis before heading home!

Schedule of Financial Deadlines 2016 IPL 500 Parade May 27 th -May 30 th

February 15,2016- First installment of $250.00 per person due

March 15 , 2016- Second Installment of $450.00 per person due

April 15, 2016- Final Installment due. All remaining balances must be paid in order to check in to hotel.

Cancellation Policy

2015-16 Cancellation Policy Summary a. If the reservation is canceled by the school, Director or participant, within seven calendar days following receipt of written confirmation or initial payment invoice (whichever is re ceived first), the WorldStrides program may be canceled and a full refund issued. b. If cancellation occurs beyond the seven day grace period but at least forty-five (45) days prior to departure, WorldStrides will refund all amounts paid less a $35 processing fee per person, any amounts relating to the group deposit, and all applicable fees and penalties levied by airline, hotels, bus companies, retailers and other vendors. c. If the reservation is canceled by the school, Director or participant, less than forty-five (45) days but more than seven (7) days prior to departure, WorldStrides will charge a 50% cancellation fee based on program price (including any amounts relating to the group deposit) plus and all applicable fees and penalties levied by airline, hotels, bus companies, retailers and other vendors. d. If the school, Director or participant cancels the reservation less than seven (7) days prior to departure, no refund will be given. e. If the Program is canceled by WorldStrides, the

participant shall be entitled to a full refund minus fees for returned checks and merchandise fees received by it for the trip. f. In the event that an individual must cancel or a trip is canceled as a result of or following an act of God, war (whether declared or not), terrorism, civil unrest, or in the event of WorldStri des’ ounrest bankruptcy, insolvency, or cessation of business no refunds will be given.
