Carter has retained CBRE to market the site and ASD | SKY for design services. Adjacent to the historic Fox Theater in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, the 10‐story building – originally constructed as a regional headquarters for J.C. It has been vacant since that time. “We are planning substantial improvements to the 715 Peachtree façade to enhance streetscape views, as well as in‐depth interior work, including a new lobby and common spaces,” said Matt Delicata, Carter vice president. “Additionally, the exterior spaces along Peachtree and 3rd streets will undergo a significant renovation, creating a destination gathering space in the Midtown market.” Located between downtown and Buckhead, the Midtown location offers superior access to I‐75/85, Georgia 400, and direct MARTA service to Hartsfield‐Jackson International Airport. The area includes numerous Fortune 500 companies and eight of the city’s 10 largest law firms. Each day, more than 81,000 employees travel to the area. With four miles of bike lanes, 14 miles of sidewalks, and extensive transit options, the location is one of the most accessible urban areas in Atlanta. “Initial tenant interest has been strong and we are excited to capitalize on this submarket’s momentum with such a strong, local operator,” said Kevin Chin, senior vice president with PCCP, LLC. Carter was founded in Midtown Atlanta in 1958 where it has deep roots. Since that time, the company has been involved in over 9 million square feet of projects including 1100 Peachtree Street, Campanille, AT&T Midtown, Atlantic Station and numerous projects for the Georgia Institute of Technology.
