Erfahrungen mit derzeit 18 realisierten Radschnellstrecken in den Nieder- landen, zwei realisierten Radschnellverbindungen in Dänemark und enormen Anstrengungen zum Aufbau einer hochwertigen Radverkehrsinfrastruktur in Großbritannien zeigen, dass diese Ziele in bemerkenswerter Weise erreicht werden. Radschnellwege werden insofern auch in Deutschland ein sinnvoller und schon recht bald ein fester Bestandteil des Rad- wegenetzes sein.
