Request for the approval of the Agenda. Motion made, seconded and passed. Report of the Secretary: The report of the September meeting was placed on the Eastern Zone website in accordance with the vote taken at the last meeting., Are there any corrections to the minutes? If not I will ask that the minutes be approved. Motion made and was seconded. Passed. Report of the Treasurer: Currently there is $4 547.38: in the Eastern Zone account at USA Swimming. However that does not take into consideration the amount due to be returned to the club that sponsored the Eastern Zone SC meet. This amount will be refunded except from the cost of the pins given out to the winning team. In addition, there will be costs associated with the printing of the zone certificates for the LC meet and the costs associated with mailing them. All dues were paid this year.
